Clean but cold showers…..
The check in staff was very friendly. The room was clean, beds were ok. The real problem came the next morning the shower was cold like basically no hot water in either room we rented and the tubs did not drain correctly. When I mentioned it when checking out I was told we were full last night that’s probably why,

We didn’t love our stay this time. We heard every noise outside as well was every noise in the rooms next to us. The room was mostly clean but the shower in our original room did not work so we had to move rooms at 730am. IF this was cleaned by housekeeping after the previous people checked out, it would have been noted that it didn’t work. Breakfast was good. The shower pressure is so hard it hurt and water got all over the bathroom floor. I think we will plan to stay elsewhere next time.

Good price for the accommodations
Our stay was at the week before Christmas, during the week, so those of us who stayed there were kind of spread out. The gals who worked the office were very friendly and tried helping us with some situations that we had with our tv and the remote. The included breakfast was okay, the usual, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, cup's of fruit, yogurt, toast and other items. There’s apple and orange juice. The gal who worked in the breakfast section was very friendly and helpful. The bed was not the best. No box spring which I’m fine with but the mattress was lumpy and sloped towards the center The room was spacious with a table and chairs along with the microwave and fridge. There was also a nice loveseat sized couch that was comfortable for sitting on. They did not offer any lotion which would have been nice but they did have bar soap and shampoo. Water pressure was great. For the price, it was a good deal and we didn’t hear others who were staying there.

this place was horrible!!! would not recommend. couldn’t even stay at this place as the room straight up smelled like mold from the mold all on the ceiling from the bathroom. there were dirty towels still in the room on bed. do not stay here. the ratings and pictures are nothing close to what i experienced.

The room was clean & had a good smell. My dislikes were the bathroom floor grout was black in the corners & dirty along the edges, the tub was discolored in different places but seemed clean. One of the 2 beds had a big sunk in area when you sat on the side of the bed, but it seemed to sleep just fine. They were very friendly & accommodating & we will certainly stay there again.

Great stay
Stopped in for a quick overnight. Overall was pleased. Yes, it is a bit older, some of the age showed, but overall it was clean and comfortable. I have stayed in multiple places in Branson. This was one of the better and more affordable locations. I would recommend.

Water was hot and pressure was good. Heater worked properly. End of the good. Room was EXTREMELY dated. Carpet ripped in several places. Toilet to close to wall to be used for #2. Metal poking through mattress edges. Not a good value for the money.
