Convenient to get to and back on the highway. Staff were friendly. Found some trash left in our room. Heater was great. Not a fan of the bed frame, but the mattress was good.

Room was EXTREMELY clean. Pets are welcome, but bad pet owners should be banned. Handicap shower was very unsafe, very slick. Mowing was needed ob East side of property. NO SMOKING MEANS NO SMOKING!!!!

Two stars because the ladies at the front desk were friendly. We wouldn't recommend this place for a family with young kids. If you choose to stay, hopefully you don't get rooms 230 or 231. One wreaked of cigarettes smell and musky, and the other had urine smell on one of the mattress. My 8 yo son lifted the blanket and sat on the mattress and immediately said it stunk. It was urine. So my kids (two 8 yo's and a baby) and I ended up sleeping on the other bed for the night. I would not recommend. We have stayed at quite a few "1 star" hotels when it's just for an overnight stay and most the time it's been fairly decent. This one was definitely a memorable experience and not a good one. Parking was easy and there's lot of stuff nearby since it's a touristy town.

Branson weekend trip

The room was clean, desk clerk was friendly, check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean and basic. For the money it was worth it. Location was close to the landing and easy to get to back roads and routes to get around congested traffic. The floors could’ve used a good mopping and the bed and pillows could’ve used a major update. Other than that it was do able.
