Nice hotel, right off the Branson strip, but away from the main road. Room was very clean. Jetted tub was fantastic! No USB charging ports on nightstand. Room had a minifridge, grocery store and Walmart within 5 minute walk. Will definitely look here next time I'm in the area.

The check in folks were nice. We had alot of noise from a party outside our room and had to be moved. But staff did get us a quieter room. Just inconvenient at night to have to move. Also we had to pay $25.00 extra to check in after 12 noon and before 1:00 pm.. I didn't like that and especially they were not real busy.

Worth the price for a weekend stay!
My family of 4 stayed here for just a quick weekend. We've been to Branson several times, but this was our first time at Grand Oaks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an outdoor and indoor pool as well as a hot tub. We stayed in building 1, the outdoor pool was located down in building 2. The weather didn't cooperate on Saturday so we only were able to utilize the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not all that great but we weren't too concerned about that. Overall this was a great budget friendly hotel for our weekend! Highly recommend

It was late in the evening when we checked in, after getting up to our room, both keys did not work, drove back up to the main building to get new keys. When we walked in our room the smell of curry was overpowering. Made a trip to Wal Mart to buy room deodorizer, sprayed the room and left for dinner. Smell was gone when we came back. The next evening after being out all day, when we came back to rest up before going out again, the smell of garlic was in our room. Sprayed and left again. I understand rooms that have microwaves, the smell of food can linger, but this was so overpowering you would think someone had eaten in our room. Housekeeping is not everyday, so hopefully no one was in there. The breakfast was good, decent choices. I usually dont eat much since we were headout for the day to SDC. When checking out, I kindly voiced my opinion of the smelly room after I was asked about my stay. The front desk clerk appreciated the feedback and said he would pass it on. Lastly, please keep extra rolls of TP in the room. One roll on the roller, can bring anxiety when you realize you need more and the second option available is facial tissue.

We stayed 3 nights and had a good time. The only problem was trying to find a housekeeper when you needed supplies. We were in the 2nd building and had to go to the front desk to get things that was needed. Other than that the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

I loved the stay. It was great to have a quiet space to unwind. There weren’t many guests in, so that provided an extra The laundry facilities was a plus for me and the breakfast was really good. The staff in that area were firiendly. Room service ( room cleaned and towels) was a challenge the first few days but afterwards they were on the ball.

The stay was actually really good. You can tell it is an older hotel, but they have done a great job keeping it fairly updated and clean. There were some minor things wrong with the room, but it was more personal... a gap under the door, trim piece broken, etc. It wasn't very sound proof, but the hotel patrons weren't overly loud, so it wasn't a huge concern. It was nice to be close to the strip, but fast enough away that we weren't impacted by the busyness. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was the same thing every day for a 5 day stay. Nothing was changed up. It wasn't bad just very repetitive.

The property was set up a little odd, it is in two buildings that are not connected at all with a fence seperaring it. It felt like i was going to a whole new hotel, the inside reflected that as well. Other than that it was a nice stay and everything went smooth
