This is an average motel, it was clean but a bit older property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, shows etc. I did like that the sink area was separate from the shower area. I went down to check out the breakfast in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. They didn't have orange juice (not a coffee drinker) and the floor was so sticky I could barely walk on it. We opted to go out to eat instead.

We have stayed here several times and for the money, you can't beat it. They have a hot breakfast, as well as muffins and cereal. The rooms are clean and staff is always there and willing to help. Don't let the price deter you, perfectly safe and not far off 76.

Didn't like breakfast options. Had eggs 1 day and sausage next day not same days otherwise everything was carbs! Which I can't eat! Wanted some yogurt and was told we don't serve it today it'll be tomorrow. Everything very poor quality

Best stay near the strip in Branson!

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It's a great value for the price. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Air Conditioner worked good. No odors in the room!! Carpet was new looking and clean. Bathroom fixtures very clean. We will stay again. Suggestion for management: I noticed guest are allowed to smoke outside of the rooms on the balconies and there are ash containers located on the balconies at intervals. I didn't detect any smoke odor in the room, however, I would suggest not allowing guest to smoke on the balconies near room air conditioners, as it can pull smoke into the rooms.

We got to our room and the air conditioner was not working. Went back down to the front desk and she said she would call maintenance by the time we got back to our room and manager was already there changed to room next to us..
