Room had a damp feeling and damp smell. Even the sheets felt damp. Walking on the carpet your socks got dirty quickly. Poorest room I ever had with Hampton Inn.

It took a while to check in and out due to using a third party vendor. Parking was convenient but I didn't feel comfortable. The room was dimly lit and smelled of smoke for a non-smoking room.

The hotel is getting old but it was clean. The location was great. It is right on the main drag and everything is close. We were there for two nights and I would probably use this hotel if we go back to Branson.

The staff was amazing. Our son became sick on our visit and the staff was very helpful and supportive. They really wanted us to have a good stay. We appreciated their kindness.
