Weekend Stay

The guest room was perfect for my trip and the staff was always very helpful. My major complaint is that the ice maker is located such that the sound of ice filling ice buckets, coolers, etc. would resonate very loudly down the hallway. Also, it seemed as if the A/C for the lobby and dining area was not working. It was 10-15 degrees warmer in the lobby/dining area than the hallways.

Nice clean quiet location far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to get there quick. Good breakfast in the morning. Parking lot was well lit for parking at night. We felt safe there.

The called me 2 days before we checked in , We told them that we had 2 chihuahuas , and when we checked in they acted so surprised and I was trying to get me another room and couldn't so the next morning we left to grow grab something to at 11am the front desk called and said we had to come get the dogs because they were disturbing people and when got back to the room our dogs were not barking we had to knock on the door in order for them top start barking . So we checked out and went to another hotel which they were actually are pet friendly . Maybe they should've been little prepared on not putting us on the first floor next to main entrance to the hotel . We think you messed up on giving that room to us and was just looking for an out. Very irresponsible business on your frontend check in clerks .

Not really pet friendly

I am disappointed that this pet friendly hotel will not allow you to leave your crated dog in the room unless you are present at all times. I will choose a different pet friendly hotel next time.
