My husband Gary and I had paid $300.00 in show tickets and it were his first trip to see Branson. We took our dogs out of the hotel every day from 8:15a.m. until 3:00p.m. We received a call from the desk clerk as we were in side the show that we had to come back before the show began. Because someone reported our dogs were barking which their were two other dogs on our floor in others rooms and could’ve been any of them. We couldn’t make it to see any of our shows we paid for.

Decent property. We stayed on the third floor and someone had spilled cheetos that repeatedly got stepped on by hotel guests, and they took 2 days to clean that up. It was right outside the elevator and very noticeable. Trash bags sat outside rooms for a long time, and towels too. Staff was friendly, food was subpar. Room was okay. We needed fresh towels and garbage taken out and they did come right away to do that.

I would have rated it higher but your management failed to tell us when we rented three nights that one of us would have to stay in room with our dog at all times or risks a fine if $200.00 a night. That is not acceptable and will not be staying with you in the future.

Very good hotel! Only thing is they have one elevator so it can kind of get backed up with people waiting but still a great hotel and location! Definitely would stay again!
