I've stayed here multiple times. The accessible rooms are more outdated than the other rooms at the property. It is a nice quiet property to stay at during the winter and the staff were really nice.

We selected this place for our anniversary and were excited about the hot tub and indoor pool. Upon check-in, we were asked "So have you been informed about the indoor pool and hot tub closure? Yeah, due to the storm damage". (No visible damage to be seen) We were not aware and there was no mention of that on their site, no text or email to inform us. We were extremely disappointed but still wanted to make the most of it. Upon arriving at the room, we found out the hard way the walls were paper thin and the neighbors were early risers. Needless to say a relaxing time turned into a frustrating experience. Won't return!

Check in took awhile as the resort cannot book at their own front desk, but overall the staff were helpful and the property was well taken care of. It was disappointing that the pool/splash park, and hot tub were inoperable. Otherwise, we rather enjoyed the accommodations and would definitely stay here again!

The room was incredible, loved the rain shower head, full size fridge and washer/dryer. Staff was super nice and upgraded us to a recently renovated room. Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Branson. Just a reminder to see if the indoor pool remodel is done before you stay, wasn’t planning on using it, but when we travel with the grandkids it’s like a mini indoor water park and they love it.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend at the HVC. With one minor "inconvenience" of the pools being closed for repairs (but honestly, it was 13 degrees outside so I am not so sure that would have been used). Our villa was spacious, inviting and well appointed. The fireplaces - yes fire place (s) - 2, worked so well we didnt turn on the heater. The bathroom shower was wonderful. The grounds were very neat and enjoyable. Overall a wonderful stay.
