The picture in the description wasn’t not the room at all. Very disappointed the first room that they gave us was like in the basement so we moved to another room. There was also two flights of stairs that you had to climb also.

We only spent one night here because we were just passing through on our way home but I regret not booking more nights. It was such a great stay and the room was nice and cozy and spacious. There were so many activities and other amenities we missed out on. We will definitely be back!

Quiet location yet close to Branson attractions. Nice treat is the water park open year round with heated water and hot tub inside and outside. Rooms are fantastic, spacious, full kitchen and bathroom that you can play football in-so big. Its fantastic for extended stays .

Charity the lady at the front desk was so rude to me and to my sister in law. She definitely should not be in hospitality. I had a funny feeling she would not follow through on a simple request I made and sure enough nope. The lady that let me know said Charity is often like that. That statement told me everything. The facility looked like housing projects but was nice on the inside.

The check was great, allowed to check in early. Person was friendly. We're required to speak with the concierge for a parking pass which was really a sales pitch to participate in a 2 hour meeting to join the club. The facility was under construction which was not stated when booking. We were told there was ice in our unit, there was not and the bucket was dirty. We were told smoking was only allowed in the grilling area yet there was no receptacle for butts or garbage. There was not a lot of useful information from the staff or on their website. The place was quite and otherwise comfortable.
