Upon checking in they asked me if I was a local resident. Immediately after giving them my zip code of 65807 and informing them I was a resident of Springfield, the front desk receptionist asked me if I would be smoking weed or any other drugs in their rooms. Racially profiling upon arrival is wild. This was entirely unprompted and unprofessional. The place looked like they haven’t cleaned since before Covid.
Has to be the nastiest place in Branson. I didn't not feel safe and left to stay somewhere else. This placed smelled like a rotting carcass, was dark and dingy. Stains on the bed and the room was not clean.
We checked in and first thing, the television didn’t work. They couldn’t move us to another room and didn’t come by to fix it while we were out. So my daughter and I didn’t get to watch any television (as she sleeps with it at night). We called up there and they said they would get it fixed and it didn’t happen. The carpet had blood-like stains which was gross. And then I get home to find out they charged MORE to my card stating that I had an animal in my room and I do not own a dog. I didn’t even know it was available for animals until I started seeing people outside with them. Then I realized that’s why my room smelled like dog. After getting home, I tried to run my card I used there (which is an Apple Card) and they had locked it due to the charge. No warning, no email. Nothing. When I went to look at my statement , I then saw the extra charge. The GENERAL MANAGER that I called SAID she would get it resolved and get me a refund so that they would release my card. I never heard another word and I’m still waiting for my card to be unlocked due to their lack of contact and consideration. We booked two nights, and I could tell on the first night that I didn’t even feel safe there. Looks nothing like the pictures. Would never recommend to anyone and I’m still waiting for my refund.
Stains on the comforter and bedding and carpet the picture on web site was not any room in the hotel I checked four rooms most all smelled didn’t stay but they Didn’t give us our money back they charged us for three nights even though we didn’t even stay one night can you say slumlord and then they still take your money very uncouth.they promised a refund but never seen it
I didn’t even stay the night. I couldn’t when I saw bugs. The pictures on Expedia are false. The hotel does not look like the photos. Th room smelled, was dirty, and had bugs.
The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and let us check in early! The only negative remarks I noticed was the pool floors did seem dirty. Chunks of hair on the floor and in the pool. Our croc bottoms were black from the carpeting outside of it. The other thing is the AC unit in our room was not working properly which was the biggest issue as it was a 100 degrees that weekend.
Filthy. Room was humid, wet, smelled of mold and smoke. everything was dirty. sheets stained. spiders, stains on couch. Horrible smell. I booked a two queen bed a month before my trip. Received a one bed the day of and was told it was my fault for not answering because they tried calling. 4 of us on 1 queen bed. location was right on the strip so no complaint. but the filthy place and smell was the worst. Never again.
It is a good place to stay. I will be planning a different hotel next time I visit Branson

When I first checked in I got a room with two queen beds within 10 minutes I was getting bit by fleas. When I went down to tell front desk that me an my son were getting bit she proceeded to ask if I was sure I was getting bit from the hotel I proceeded to tell her yes and show her the bite(s) I had just seconds within being in the room. She then asked if they spread they room if I would still stay in the room. Needless to say she had to call her manger to give us a new room. When going into our new room the room seemed to smell better and didn’t seem musky from the pool. The second night staying in the room I found a used contact on the bathroom floor. After our adventures of the day around 12/1 we get back to smelling marijuana and from the day to night smelt it. When Saturday rolled around they had a bus of workers came in who were yelling and screaming at the other hotel across the parking lot all the way from 12/1 to midnight. Needles to say me an my family won’t be staying here again.

Smoking needs to be restricted to a certain smoking area. Ice machine didn’t work.
The room we stayed in had ants crawling on the walls and on night stands and I told them about it when I checked out and they didn’t even apologize or make it right with us dealing with it. I won’t stay there again in the future or recommend them.
Service was good, especially the lady serving the food. Building needs a lot of work. Ice machine, elevator and laundry were all broken. No microwave in the rooms, thought that was odd. Air conditioner leaked alot while we were there.
