Breakfast was the highlight. It was hot and fresh with lots of variety. The downsides were many. Our first room didn’t look like it had been cleaned, stained sheets and live bugs visible. Did get switched to a different floor that seemed much cleaner. The two rooms are supposed to be connecting but they weren’t. Pool was cold even though it was inside. The hot tub wasn’t working. There was also a few hazards around the pool, tiles sticking up and cracked. Children would trip and fall on them. Called front desk asking for toilet paper and wouldn’t bring it up to the room had to walk down to the lobby. Overall it was fine, but won’t be coming back.

The property was clean and the access to the property itself was pretty easy to get to, the only problem that I had was while sleeping in the room there were roaches. When I got up to go to the bathroom there was a roach on the wall, and two coming from behind the picture frame.

We loved that we could park outside our room and didn’t need to go through a lobby and endless hallways. Everything was clean. The room had a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The tv had a huge number of channels. The room was quiet. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. We’re coming to Branson for the Polar Express experience next month and plan to stay here.

The room was very clean. A/C worked but did not blow well. Shower was plenty hot. Staff upon check in was difficult to understand due to a language barrier and breakfast was disappont. Out of half the things, person working was overwhelmed.

The bed was very poor and the room was filled with cheap camper type furniture and carpet. The toilet was made for preschoolers. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine.

Great except a leaking ceiling

Overall the hotel is great, good price, clean and with all the necessities. However, there happened to be a storm during my stay ajd the ceiling leaked A LOT all night long, soaking the carpet and making loud dripping throughout the night. A perfect circle in thw ceiling clearly went through the roof as well (bullet hole maybe?). Other than that the hotel was exactly what i was looking for
