The second night we were there we got to our room to discover that the maid had been in and taken all of our towels and not replenished our supply. When I called the front desk to ask about towels, he was belligerent and told me that I had the do not disturb sign on the door which in fact I did not. He finally said if I wanna tell us I could go to the office and get them. My daughter-in-law went to get them. I will never stay there again.

For the price it was good, I was fine until I found a few unwanted bugs. The floors could have been cleaner, and the noise was a little more than expected. But all in all it was good. I would concentrate staying here again.

When reservation was made, told had raised toilet, it did not. Was told could not cancel because it was made with hotels.com. The beds were comfy, but the soap dispenser leaked on the shower floor.

clean hotel close to everything
The hotel was in a great spot—just off the main strip but still super close to everything. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the young guy managing the counter and breakfast area was really friendly and kept everything nice and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The only thing we did not like was that the outer entrance door kept slamming when people came in and out. That's an easy fix by maintenance. Other than that, we'd stay again. Really great location off the strip and centrally located - not too far, not too close - just the right distance to everything by car.

My little secret Gem now
Extremely comfortable beds, very well kept on the outside with Christmas decor up the week before Thanksgiving. People were extremely nice, nice breakfast with plenty of things to choose from. I wish they would have coffee until 10-11am but closes it all up by 9:15 or so, depending on the stragglers. One thing they may need to do is hit the corners of the ceiling for spiders and or webs. Im fine with one or two but others may not be. Bathroom floor got a little wet from one dripping on the floor. Took a towel to wipe it up and the floors were not that clean. We did love the linoleum in the main area, we all know carpets take a beating in high traffic places. Giving this Gem of a motel a 9.0 out of 10. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING!❤️

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect because it was quiet and not in the busiest part of town.. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our one night trip to Branson.

The room was clean, tiled floors (like this better than carpet), microfridge in room, friendly staff. Breakfast had same hot and cold options each day - several to choose from (waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, packed oatmeal, muffins, juices, coffee). Great for a short getaway .. our only complaint would be the rooms with the option to have adjoining rooms are not very soundproof - we could hear our neighbors brushing their teeth - the actual brushing, not just the water and spitting. However, we’d stay again.

Cleanliness of room was very poor. Bathroom was AWFUL! Sink spout was loose when using. Shower had dried-on soap from not being cleaned Air conditioner didn’t work/fan rattled all night long.Managers “fix” was placing a fan front of it to blow air throughout the room. ***breakfast was VERY much against good safety codes*** Food was cold/not at proper temperature Utensils were places with handles down, so most were contaminated when someone took one. Kitchen work did NOT wear gloves when serving food. Will never go back!!

Rosebud Inn was a clean place to stay. It had a good hot breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. This was one of the reasons we chose Rosebud online. It was also in a quiet location.
