Stopper on tub was not attached and drainage was bad. Soft water and soap made tub very slick which caused a very bad fall resulting in a huge bruise and broken finger. After telling management, spent all morning in urgent care & orthopedic walk in clinics. They stabilized the break and referred us to contact a surgeon back home. Management never followed up or seemed concerned. Breakfast and lobby hours stated open at seven. With numerous patrons waiting outside the locked doors to get in after extended period of time we left to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Stayed 2 days, no room service. We stopped before going to a show in Branson and asked if room was ready if we could check in. It was ready but they charged us $20 to check in early. Breakfast was ok, but second day sausage was cold. Person in office not available most of time. No place to meet friends cause breakfast room was locked during day except for breakfast.

The hotel is good. Clean but not comfortable. The room AC would cool down the room while it was on but the felt instantly warm when it shut off. The hotel staff is nice. The breakfast was not good. When they say a full hot breakfast it means bare minimum.

So this was overall a great place to stay in Branson. I appreciate its location in relation to being off the strip but easy access to the middle and both ends of the strip. The staff was friendly. They offer hot breakfast free in the morning which was great as well. Parking lot was very well lit which unfortunately is a plus. I would stay here again when visiting Branson.
