There’s no specific reason why we like the hotel. We had no problems and everything was good other than the breakfast. The breakfast is very minimal.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Bed was comfortable, I do understand there are MANY rooms to be clean however some detail to ensure the vanities etc are clean should be taken. It was obviously not cleaned the best at one point, but you honestly wouldnt have noticed unless you were up close and looking (while brushing teeth). Overall experience was good.

I asked for a 2 queen beds room the beds are the same size as my daughters full size my room was not ready when I got there they over booked so they had to switch rooms there was only a flat pillow in the room so I had to ask for more pillows the doors to out side the hotel going outside barely locked so we felt very uncomfortable with that the pool was very foggy and there was no air in there so over all won’t stay there again

Room 105 SMELLED AWFUL. It smelled yeasty. We tried to air out the room and used room spray. No good. Stayed 1 night and had to leave.

Thoughtless Housekeeping

Room 104 had a puddle of water on the floor, but no visible leaks, visible daylight between the wall and the air conditioner, toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor, mold/mildew on the shower ceiling, huge, spider in the bathroom, tub was clogged and took forever to drain, only 1 outlet worked, fridge was turned off and someone’s leftovers were still in there so it reeked, gross stains on the blankets and sheets. Housekeeping was awful. Front desk was nice about changing bedding. They offered to switch our room, but were fully booked. I understand the building is old, but most issues were thoughtless housekeeping. You can’t make it shiny and new, but you can make it functional, comfortable, and presentable. New eyes see this room every day, so the details matter.

The condition of the building is very bad, the rooms are not clean and falling apart. I’m pretty sure my bed just got made and not cleaned. Hair mixed in with the clean towels and on the bathroom counters when we arrived. Breakfast area was not attended to by staff and got trashed very quickly. Generally sketchy. Only redeeming quality was there was a very nice lady working the front desk

The check in was terrible, the lady at desk was rude and charged me again, even though the room was paid through Expedia. The halls smelled horrible (to be fair the room did not). When we finally found our room, it was extremely dated and there were spiders in the bath tub. The office closes at 11 p.m. and there were people yelling and running in the hall until 2 a.m., but no one to call. The breakfast area was filthy and they had used the bags you put ice in as "liners" for the hot food. The one single thing that was good was the shower head, apparently that was updated. I would never stay here again. I am shocked that the Wyndam name is on this establishment.

Just nasty

Room was filthy!! Floor was a light color and didn’t show dirt and I guess they don’t clean it but it is dull looking but you Walk across floor and your socks are nasty!! Tub was filthy!! Bathroom was nasty!! The toilet was clean and the bed linen was clean!! But the floors were the nastiest I have ever see in a room!! The pic of the bottom of my sock didn’t turn out clear!!

Pool's the only nice part

Our bed was clean, but our friend's was not. The breakfast was sparce. The faucet was not attached to the sink, and the chair did not look clean to sit in. Water sprayed from the shower handle and the shower in our friends' room was nothing more than a hose. We enjoyed the pool and our room smelled better than our friends' room. This looked like it was a wonderful place with lots of character under a previous management. There's potential here if they'll just clean and do some basic plumbing!
