Situated for good access to Silver Dollar City and Sight and Sound and several restaurants within short distance but was upset we did not get full breakfast as they advertise..No eggs, no sausage just thin white gravy for breakfast. One of the main reasons i chose this hotel..Did not advertise it correctly!!!!!

We stayed during the Jeep Branson event. When we arrived we found out we were on the 2nd floor. The manger (and fellow Jeep owner) saw that we were taking the doors off our Jeep. We had plans to keep them in the room while we cruised Branson in awesome weather. She moved us to a first floor for convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. She also "ducked" our Jeep before we left. Great interaction with staff and we were close to all the activities we wanted to do. Great place. Will stay here next time we are in Branson. Hopefully soon!

You can make anything look good with a fresh coat of paint but rundown is rundown. You know the saying you get what you pay for well there still over charging. Watch breakfast well if call that breakfast the manger/owner

Stay somewhere else. Way overpriced.

To start the smell of mildew and mold was prevalent in every area. The room was old and the floors were very loud. We could hear everything that went on in the room above us. Out balcony was covered in sidewalk chalk. For the price, the place should be much nicer. I will never stay here again. The pictures ARE deceiving. I am very disappointed.

New mattresses needed

First let me say that they need a bigger sign that you can actually find. The Howard Johnson sign was tiny and not lit up and there was a sign with a different name about it so we had problems finding it. They definitely need new mattresses and box springs as ours was way past worn out and box spring was broken. There is no staff after like 9pm for late check-in and they just lock your room key in a box outside. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Pool closed very early so we couldn't swim. It was definitely worth the price.

This property is so gross. Next door is an abandoned boarded-up hotel. The exterior doors were open for anyone to walk in. No key cards to enter the hallways which made me uncomfortable. The lady checking us in was nice but we were woken up at 11:30 pm by a phone call to my cell phone asking if we would be there to check in when we had checked in at 3 pm. The young lady behind the desk, when we checked out, didn't even stand up to say thank you...she just told us to leave keys on the counter as she looked up from scrolling on her cell phone.
