Me and my girlfriend had a great time staying at Stillwater. The room was so homey and inviting. The shuttle to SDC was extremely handy and the driver was very polite.We even got an ornament from the office to remember our visit with!

The property was nice, they have lots of on site activities, and are very quick to send maintenance if there is a problem (like us not having water at 10:30 pm, there was a boiler issue that was fixed within 20 minutes). The big problem was the paper thin walls. We could hear snoring from the neighbors when we were trying to go to sleep. The eldery lady on the other side had an hour long phone conversation on speaker that we heard every word of. We could smell them cooking bacon. We have stayed at several properties in the Branson and Branson West area over the years, and we've never heard the neighbors like at Stillwater.

Our area was good, but we had other family members located in another part of the resort. Even though it was fairly short walk it was on uneven ground and dark at night. Parking at times was limited and the noise from above us was rather inconvenient at 11:00 at night.

This was a nice condo, with a pretty view, but could be greatly improved with some repairs, updating, and a deep cleaning. The location of the resort is convenient for getting to Silver Dollar City and the rest of Branson. The staff seemed very pleasant.

When we visit Branson, always seem to gravitate to StillWater Resort. We chose a 2 bedroom luxury unit. This trip was Wednesday- Sunday over Thanksgiving people in unit right above us were EXTREMELY noisy, making it difficult to get sleep. TV in living room only had access to 1 channel & tv in double bedroom didn’t work at all, however we did not request this issue to be repaired. The beds were comfortable & unit was acceptably clean, however would not classify as luxury. Ordered pizza & sub sandwich from the onsite restaurant which was good & fast. Overall a pleasant stay with just a few hiccups.

The walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly. But, the condo was roomy, clean, had a great view, and the fireplace was definitely a plus. The shuttle to SDC was clutch since we went on the busiest day and traffic was backed up to the strip. It feels like its own little secluded world on Indian Pointe versus the rest of Branson which was nice. We stayed in the off season so it might be a different atmosphere in the summer months.

Great view out the sliding door. The fireplace was a nice touch. Carpet was a little gross. Had cold showers 4 out of 5 days we were there. Called maintenance and they said we needed to run the water 10-20 seconds before getting in the shower. Well, I have been taking showers for 52 years so not really a fix!!! It was VERY frustrating!!! Talked to the front desk at checkout and didn’t get much sympathy.

Rooms were dirty and shower drains were partially clogged. Rooms were never cleaned. All amenities cost money.

Our stay was nice and customer service was great. Our condo was nice and roomy. Mini golf and a grill was right outside our back door, which was a plus. However some of the decor could use an upgrade but I would definitely stay again.
