Our only complaint about our stay was the mattress on the bed. It was very hard. I had to sleep on top of comforter and other covers for a decent comfort level. They should replace with a new mattress or at least put a mattress topper on it. We stayed in room 451K

Just as we were about to turn the lights off to go to bed my 5 year old son discovered a slug in our bed. The hotel offered the change the entire bed, but I had two sleeping babies so I declined and removed the duvet cover completely. The next morning upon checkout I spoke to the manager Craig who offered a pizza voucher as if that's an equivalent way to make up for such a gross thing. He then said there's nothing else he can do for us. The lack of customer service is appalling, I asked him if he would think it's acceptable to find a slug in his bed when visiting a hotel and if he thinks a pizza voucher is appropriate, to which he said "I don't know". I've worked in the hotel industry and this is unacceptable. In addition to a slimy insect being in our bed, the floors were so dirty the bottom of our feet were black. The design of the room is very strange too, no real closet and the sink is outside of the bathroom. The overall feel is just "dingy". I should have taken the poor reviews and ratings more into consideration before booking my families stay. I do not recommend staying here.

Great customer service and excellent amenities in a perfect location to visit Silver Dollar City….oh and they have a free shuttle to SDC that picks you up at your door and drops you at the entrance to SDC and will pick you up when you are ready to return.

Close to Silver Dollar City Christmas celebrations with free shuttle from door to door was amazing. We had ground level walkout patio to lakeside vuew, patio with picnic table and trees. Fireplace was a nice amenitiy along with jacuzi tub!

Good value for price
Not exactly like the pictures but it is very nice. Loved the washer and dryer, the kitchen definitely saved us money but was disappointed there weren't any staples available (salt, pepper, etc.). It's very close to town but far enough away that in November it's very peaceful. We were told two of the hot tubs didn't work and the arcade is expensive. I wouldn't go to Pizza World again, it was overpriced, which I wouldn't have minded because everything is overpriced in Branson, but the food was horrible. We got wings and they were mushy and had just a little bit of sauce drizzled on them. We ended up throwing them away. The room was very comfortable, no fireplace like the pictures but it did have a huge jacuzzi tub and a nice patio to sit at and eat breakfast.

We loved our stay at Stillwaters Resort! We stayed the end of October and the outdoor pool and hot tub were still available for use. We also really loved the convenience of buying our Silver Dollar City tickets at the resort, and the shuttle service to and from Silver Dollar City.

The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds were gorgeous. There are three pools, the one closest to our building was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will be more than happy to make a return trip.

The free amenities at the property were nice and the rooms were spacious. The unit was very dated with old, stained carpet and loose tiles. It was clean but smelled musty due to old flooring. Needs a basic overall and could be wonderful resort. FYI, no shampoo, conditioner, washer detergent, paper towel, and missing some basic cookware.
