Almost an AI disaster!
Arrival was a little Rocky as we said we would arrive in the evening. So we picked up our keys from a coded box. We went to our room and it was a little confusing as there was so many entry doors and ALL locked. Felt like Alice in Wonderland! Then had said we would stay thru a date and it was miss understood as our check out date. Fixed via a phone call, but it was a Rocky Finish. Office was closed at check out time, so had NO Human contact at ALL. “WILL NOT BE DOING IT AGAIN!”

Decent place to stay but getting more expensive
Sofa couches are needing replaced and kitchen is a bit limited on available items if you want to prepare a meal. But, staff are very nice and the location is very good.

It was very quite and easy to get a good nights sleep. Liked the fact that is was in a gated community; felt very safe. Great parking, good lighting, good sized space. Very nice scenery tress and hills all around; had a small flock of deer out in the woods one morning. Would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. Only problem I encountered was the dishwasher went out and microwave needed to be fixed but the maintenance crew was on top of it and wasted no time fixing the problems, kudos to them. Other than that everything was nice.

We really love the location of the property, It has a secluded feeling while still being close to stores and restaurants. This is our fourth time staying there and will be the only place we stay in the future!!!! Also, it’s only 7 minutes to Silver Dollar City and that is a huge bonus for us!!

The location is beautiful and 7 minutes from Silver Dollar City! This was our 4th time staying here and we really love how secluded it is while still being convenient for stores and restaurants.

Didnt tell us there were steps down to our room. No place for old people. Had room changed to one without steps. That room Had a bed that you rolled to the middle. Probably a 30 year old bed. Just as you walked into the room, huge stain in the carpet.

Excellent, affordable, and convenient!
Pros: Great size, wide doorways, nice layout, huge Jacuzzi tub, comfortable king mattress, nice deck, quiet, tableware, cookware, towels, toiletries provided. In-unit laundry with soap. Convenient location next to Silver Dollar City, about 6-10min drive to Branson strip. Cons: Living room couches are very old and broken down, dirty looking, not comfortable at all. Definitely need replaced. Sheets did not fit or would stay on the bed, no mattress cover of any sort. Bedroom TV is small but not a necessity. Our unit was an "A" unit which is very close to the "B" unit and it was downstairs, with steep concrete steps to climb. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Our 1 bedroom deluxe condo was very spacious, plenty of in-unit amenities, and extremely affordable. We did not explore the rest of the property amenities. Highly recommend staying here!

Had to move
A bedbug was discovered. They immediately had us move to another condo. We sent a pic of the bug but was told they didn't see any signs of infestation. It was In he cracks of the cloth headboard. We were very inconvenienced with moving 9 pm at night and had our kids that were a bit concerned and didn't sleep well that night. We feel that night should be reimbursed but nothing was done.
