We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! We have 3 young children and the 2 bedroom condo was very spacious and great for larger families with several kids. The only thing I didn’t realize ahead of time is that the second “bedroom” is really a separate condo… you go through 1 main door and then have 2 separate condos with each having a bedroom. That made me a little uneasy given the age of our kids but we were able to leave the 2 doors open and just lock the main entrance door and be ok. Once I got used to it I did ok but it did make me kind of nervous at first. The area was quiet and felt very secure and was close to all the main attractions. My 5yro even left behind his special stuffy and the front desk and maintenance staff were incredibly helpful in navigating fedex and getting it back to us - that alone earned them a 5 star review. Check in and check out were a breeze and the front gate staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. All in all, I can’t say enough good things and we would love to stay here again!

The condo was great in the kitchen and bath areas. Very disappointing in soiled furniture, carpet and bed was not the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay but was turned off by the furniture.

The unit is very dated and in need of new furniture. The furniture was stained up and had holes in it. There is not enough hot water for the jetted tub so its useless unless you like cold baths. The living rooms have smart tv but the bedrooms have small tube tvs. I reserved a two bed two bath unit but was given a 1 bed 1 bath unit x2 instead plus they were downstairs which wasn't great for my 65yo mom

Room was clean, although sofa couch and love seat are well worn and uncomfortable to sit on. You might consider replacing them. Bathroom very large and clean. Bed mattress was comfortable, but it only had sheets and bedspread on it. There were no blankets on the bed and the 2 in closet are for a twin bed and it is a king size bed in room. One blanket looked dirty and we decided not to use. Luckily, we were on a road trip and had a queen throw in our car. We loved the condo did, very roomy, great balcony and view. Kitchen was supplied but we didn’t use anything. Overall, we would stay there again, but will make sure we bring blankets next time.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and my only regret is not staying longer! Very nice and affordable. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I changed my last name after I had already booked, they were supposed to charge for name change but waived it for me. Definitely will be booking in the future!

Still waters will be AMAZING this summer! We got there a tiny bit early. Pools were closed, and the indoor water park wasn't finished. The offerings on the lake were fantastic! The aqua bikes were free, and an absolute blast! The actual room is a bit dated though. The toilet was broken and doors didn't always open easily, but the condo was still really beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi, fireplace, and screened in balcony! The maintenance team was working feverishly, so I'm assuming those little things that were rough, would be fixed by high season. We will definitely be back this summer!
