Cute concept, but lacking some basic needs that would improve the overall satisfaction for future stays.
I will start by saying our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were placed in a handicapped-accessible room; I'm not sure why. There were only a few other couples there at the same time we were. There were about 3 days that we were the only car in the parking lot, and it felt a little creepy. There was a gap in the door where you could see light from outside and feel cool air. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. The "breakfast" area is severely lacking and is in an outside hallway. There was no housekeeping. We had to go down daily to get clean towels and washcloths, and toilet paper when needed. I went to the lobby one evening to obtain clean towels and washcloths. There was no one working, only the employee's young son (maybe 6 years old) sitting alone in the lobby. He told me his mommy was downstairs. I waited about 15 minutes and finally went back to my room. I went down an hour later, and she still wasn't there, her son said, my mom hasn't come back yet. I was told the next morning she was likely downstairs doing laundry; however, they had to go find clean linens for us. The staff that were there were nice and friendly. The morning of check-out, we left around 7 am, and thought we'd grab some breakfast items to take on the road. The lobby was dark and closed.
