Room was clean and stocked, loved the beautiful outdoor areas to relax in Enjoyed the hot tub Really wish tea bags had been provided in the room and tea available at breakfast Fruit available at breakfast Small serving yogurts with ingredients label for guests with food allergies Hotel was not fully booked but noisy people were in room right above us—could stagger rooms in the floors above and below to avoid that.

Our room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the jetted tub. Breakfast was very good and tasty. A wide variety of food. I did have trouble with the TV not working but the front desk helped walk me thru it. This was our second stay here a couple of years apart. Really no complaints. Not far from the strip or Walmart.😊

The property is nice. We checked in after dark so we didn't see where we were until morning. BE SURE to NOT get a ground level room that looks out on the limestone rocks. Our room was like cave in every sense. Dark and Super humid! Ridiculously humid. We asked for a got a dehumidifier which ran nonstop. Buckets of water! You're likely wondering why we did not change rooms. We could have but one in our party has so much medical equipment that moving is a huge process. We might stay there again but NOT on the ground floor.

It was a good visit. Offered everything we needed. The hallways were rather noisy, but by 10:30, it quieted down. Found out in the morning that there were baseball tournaments were going on.

Branson Family Getaway

Our visit was okay. We booked two Standard King rooms for our family of six. The listing said each room slept four. When we arrived, we realized that the rooms actually only slept two. There was no pull out or any other furniture aside from the king bed. We went to the check in desk and they offered us roll away beds, which we had to pay $13 each for. One of the two roll away brought was missing at least half the springs and we had to put the mattress on the floor. It was terribly inconvenient, and a bit irritating that we had to pay for use of accommodation (broken at that) when their listing actually stated as of this morning that it slept five in a Standard King room. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

A gem in the Ozarks

Husband and wife weekend getaway. It was a small vacation before my cancer surgery. We love staying at this hotel because of its location and the amenities. They have two pools and a really good breakfast. The hotel is starting to show its age but the rooms are so diverse they have a room to suit every taste.
