Clean & quiet, but small
Hotel was clean, service was good. Located away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the strip but still convenient. Only complaint is if yoyr traveling with a baby or toddler the standard king rooms are WAY to small. Theres hardly any room to set up a pac-n-play or move around.

Awful stay.
Absolutely awful, nothing like the photos. You can hear every room. HVAC was extremely loud and when the other rooms showered it was like a screaming noise. We could not sleep. The bed was hard, pillows were tiny and we had to request a blanket which was about 50 years old and like sandpaper. They did refund us for leaving early and said building 3 was closing for Reno soon. They should not book these rooms in the meantime.

Carpet had stains all over it. There was hair in the shower and tub and Jacuzzi tub. Called and asked for toilet paper and towels and no one every showed up. I had to catch someone in the hallway to get those items. I definitely won't stay there again. The room I was in really needs updates. Everything. The bed, tables, carpet... and the lighting by the sink was very dark.

Loved the fact my room was on 2nd floor yet I could walk right out to ground level and also see my work car at all times. The balcony was an unexpected treat that my room had and loved loved the hot tub in my room.

Property is "long in the tooth" (old, and not well maintained). Parking was horrible. I parked up top Friday night and someone backed into my brand new car and damaged my front end. No note. No security cameras. Horrible experience. I'll stay at the Hilton downtown from now on.
