This is a tired hotel that needs serious renovations. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites. The furniture was mismatched and very uncomfortable. The sofa had old cushions they clearly took from another sofa that didn’t even fit. The tv stand was an old dresser they used from another unit. All of the furniture was “very well used” and should have been thrown out a while ago. Dirty damaged ceiling tiles, urine odor in both bathrooms, light bulbs missing or burnt out in both bathrooms and hot water on the entire 9th floor out for hours. When my wife asked to speak to a manager the front desk told her there was no manager available that day. Upon checking out she again reported the issues and was impolitely told we should have reported it before. This certainly was not something we would have expected from a Marriott property.

Hotel needs updating. Furniture, carpet, bathrooms all need to be updated. There was no USB ports in room for charging device. No daily maid service if staying multiple days. I once called for fresh bath towels, never brought to room. Had to go to front desk to retrieve. Outside looks appealing but can’t say the same about inside.

If you are staying at this hotel for more than 1 night, they do not offer housekeeping through your stay unless requested (this is common now, but I've never had such a horrible housekeeping experience). If you request your garbage to be changed, they will not do it, they will bring you new bags for your can. Our can had dried vomit from a previous guest. We had to ask three times for a new can and bring the can to the front desk before this was handled by security. Housekeeping will only bring your room 1 towel unless you specify the number you need if you need fresh (we stayed 7 days, 4 people in our room). The refrigerator is tiny (you can not fit leftovers in it) and night one it froze all our food and the kid's milk. For an indoor/outdoor pool, the pool is warm, and the pool room hours are really nice! Since it is an indoor/outdoor pool it can close due to weather, which is understandable, but that should be warned upon check in. Jack Henry's food was good! The servers and bartenders were great. The breakfast buffet is the same every day. The WiFi logs you out every single day of your stay. The key cards deactivate frequently. If you're going for an extended stay, stay elsewhere.

Nice Place but Cold shower

Shower water was cold, other than that we had a good stay. We ordered show tickets and the staff didn’t send over the boot mug tickets. That caused issues at the show.

Family stay

The hotel was fairly clean. It is older so kind of run down, but the room itself was clean. The floor we were on did smell of marijuana at times, but was probably just other guests. Front desk staff was friendly, however they did want you to go to a 90 minute presentation for their vacation club. I did decline that offer and didn't have any further questions from them about it. There is no housekeeping while you are there, however you can stop at the desk or call down for extra towels and toiletries. Pool is small and very busy at times, but my son still enjoyed it. Overall we had a fair stay and I am not disappointed that we stayed here.

Stayed one night. The parking lot is on a steep hill and is not laid out accordingly. The hotel was nice and the room was good. The staff was very friendly as would be expected for the Branson area. The push for getting you to join memberships was a bit irritating and there are ads everywhere. The smoking locations are located right next to the entries so you get the smell and the smoke whether you want it or not. It is a very large hotel and very busy being right in the middle of the strip. There was almost always a long wait for an elevator even though there are 4 of them right together. Overall an enjoyable stay with a few irritations.

Everybody was kind and very friendly, employees and travelers. The property outside was taken care of and clean. The beds are awful!! Also, the shower is hot for about 5 minutes then turns to freezing cold. It wasn't a bad stay and close to everything, but hot showers and vomfy beds are important.
