Would not stay again with kids. The hotel is so large but the pool is so small. If they had a beautiful pool it would be 4 stars but it was always too crowded. The complimentary breakfast was the same every day French toast sticks, eggs and sausage no variations so on day 2 of 7 it got old real quick. I would definitely choose a different resort of we were to come back. Very close to Ballparks of America.

Think this property miss represented itself We paid extra for a corner room we had a view of the parking lot The breakfast was not great and got tired of loosing my table when I got up to get something else and had to go thru the pot smokers when coming in the back area by the pool , was not worth the cost

This place is very large, and im sure in its day it was excellent. It is run down now though. Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy would have been nice, but the drinks werent great. Paid for a room for 3, but only two towels, that should bever happen. Due to the sheer number of rooms, the loading and check in area was constantly full. The front parking lot always full. And i mean, its branson, youre going to need a few more handicap parking spots. Ice machines hit or miss but were on every floor. Seemed like we spent a lot of time waiting on elevators. Tiny pool for the giant hotel. Wont stay here again. It was cheap , but we will go cheap and small next time.

There was blood stain on one pillow. Carpet was dirty when you walked across your feet would be black. Pictures of pool area are deceiving. Was nothing like it. Hallway carpet was dirty. Our room smelled musty. Not a resort at all

I booked this for my son. AC wasn’t cooling properly and had mold in it. He tried to call the office using the room phone that didn’t work. Checking to see that if was plugged in, he found green and white mold on the electrical cords. No hot water. He asked to be moved and staff told him they would put him on a list but could guarantee another room would be any better. He asked for and was given a refund.

This hotel is starting to show its age. Carpets are needing a deep cleaning or replaced. The mattresses were not comfortable, the shower rod in the bathroom was bent, letting the shower water escape and pool on the floor. The parking is on a hill, so older people, like myself and wife, find it hard to negotiate.

Needs a update

I needed an iron and ironing board! Requested it from the front desk! They said someone would be right up and waited 30 minutes!! I went to house keeping and she said she would bring it right up and they never brought it or contacted me ! The plugs in the room didn’t work all the time !

No lock on the bathroom door, pool area was a disappointment - overcrowded, not clean area around the pool, hottub broken, pool seems too snall for the amount of people using it. My kids didnt feel safe. Breakfast was pretty bad/especially the coffee! Then I went over to Starbucks coffee and it was the same coffee that they used in the restaurant - pretty poor! And the Starbucks prices were outrageous! But on a good note, staff people were very friendly, I felt safe like it was a good family environment no partier or I never heard him on the eighth floor walking distance was great. You could just park your car and go walk around and the price was good.
