When I booked the room it said balcony and showed a clear view of the lake from a balcony, when we go to our room it was on the ground floor with an enclosed patio with barely a view of the lake tide to a wall of trees and bushes 10’ out side of the patio, I requested to be moved to a room with a balcony as that is what I booked and was told that a room with a balcony was not available and that the pictures that are used are not always what people get. Very much disappointed as the balcony with a view of the lake was the reason I booked the room. Very disappointed!

Upon arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready which was fine we were early but then staff is trying to convince us to sign up for a breakfast to discuss a time share. I’m on vacation and didn’t expect to be harassed with a sales pitch. Had I know this property was going to do this I never would have booked. Few hours go by and finally at 5:30pm we’re told our room was ready. When I asked why it was so late when checkin was 4pm the front desk told me it’s not a guaranteed checkin time and I should take it up with Expedia. Zero apology and terrible customer service. To top it all off we paid extra for a room with a lake view and we were put on the bottom floor with absolutely no view of the lake because of the trees. Absolutely disappointing experience

The property was on the lake and you had the convience of a pool (outdoor and indoor) and hot tub. It had alot of activities for families with children. Out of own, not alot of traffic, but withing 20 min. to the Landing. The views were breath taken . If you enjoy specialty coffee's, 5 minutes from this location with a view of the town below. For families, cooking was available and grilling.

first time for us. we did not do much on property for we went to SDC. Looked like lots of activities. Our unit B5 120A was missing a stopper in kitchen sink. Staff great.

CLEAN/QUIET/AFFORDABLE Resort!

We had a great time here, stopped for a last minute stay just for the night. The pools were great very clean. Our 1 bedroom unit was also very clean and had everything we could have needed (pots, pans, towels, kitchen/cleaning supplies). I did have to make a run for seasonings and some paper plates (the plates provided are very small considering the fully equipped kitchen). The other reviews mentioned walls being paper thin, they are correct you are going to be hearing your neighbors and vice versa. We had no issue with that though it wasn't bad we were actually probably the noisy ones with our little kiddo. Overall great experience and will be back soon! Future travelers I would suggest getting essentials beforehand; water, food, etc. Closest stores/restaurants are about 15-20 minutes out from resort.

We have stayed here a number of times in the past but this time was not great. The floors in our unit were so dirty, that we had to wash our feet right after coming out of the shower because our feet were black after walking across the floor. The stair areas outside were full of mud dauber nest that had fallen. Also, there are now gates to the neighborhood and two different times we had to wait 20 minutes to get in because a person in front of us was delivering something (pizza) and they could not get someone to let them in. People were literally getting out of line and tailgating in residents. The line was so long it blocked the road where people turned off to enter the property. We likely won’t stay here again. Many other nicer and more convenient places near Branson.
