Stay in Branson

Nice quiet place off the main strip of Branson. Great location and close to everything especially when taking the back routes to avoid traffic. Complex has nice amenities.

The villa we stayed in had some problems with door blinds. The side tables in bedroom had scratches and chips on lamps. Some wallpaper had rip in it in dining area. There was a disc missing on faucet in bathroom. There was a name tag on back of bedroom door The villa was a good size and the screened porch was enjoyable to sit in and relax. We appreciated the two televisions but a channel guide would have been helpful. The indoor pool had the 3ft plaque missing. The indoor pool area was well supplied with towels and area was clean. The resort area was quiet and walkable. We felt safe in the resort.

The floors were dirty. Our feet got black Found a used condom under the bed. So your cleaning lady isn’t doing a very good job. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there and will probably be back again.

Westgate resort is a beautiful property, well maintained and beautifully constructed with gorgeous grounds. The staff were always accessible and immediately helpful. It was affordable with expedia.com. I will utilize them again.

I truly regret staying here. The hot tub does not work, when I informed the front desk , they had no solution other than tell me to call maintenance, that never respond. I had call and go to the front desk to have a pod of coffee sent to the room. There was only a coffee pot and everything but the coffee. The door to our room was broke, it was very hard to even close and lock. The door is warped. At the pool the waterfall is also broke and no towels other than a full load of dirty ones. This is an expensive resort. In the future I will stay at a $50 dollar hotel that serves at least breakfast. The photos are professional ones on this site, nice 360 shots not reality. never again! I received horrible staff attention here to the issues at hand.
