Thought this place was very over priced for what you got. Also I booked a two queen room and I’m pretty sure the beds were only full size. Makes a difference when you have your husband and two kids with you.

I had stayed at this property before, and it was nice and clean. The room was clean, but cobwebs in the corner and it definitely needed some paint in the room. Also, there were only about five cars in the parking lot, but someone was put in the room above us, and they were loud all night long. I thought maybe it might be better to space out the rooms when there are just a few People staying.

Don't Whisper, Yell...this one is great!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was small and a bit dated. But it was CLEAN and priced RIGHT. I preferred the outside entrance. I'll look for this one first when going back to Branson.

When we arrived at the room, I could already feel a sense of not wanting to stay there. The outside of the door was dirty and wasps were flying around. Upon entering, I saw a button and some debris on the floor. I saw a spider nest on the ceiling. When I turned on the heat unit, an awful burning smell came out. I was afraid that it would catch fire. I didn't want to take a chance of the room catching fire. The manager was wanted to put us in another room but I didn't feel safe staying there. I will say that the manager was apologetic and tried to make things right.

I checked in and immediately left to find another place to stay. The room was in terrible condition - dirty everywhere, with stained sheets and pillow cases. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Disappointing
Had to get Iron replaced when first got to room. Shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the whole shower room. The shower was unusable, and I didn't have time to have it fixed as I was only staying one night and had to leave first thing in the morning.

Old motel property with few amenities. Pretty run down facility that has been covered up with paint. The carpet was littered with debris, even after being "cleaned by staff". It is hard to believe that these types of places still exist.
