Our wristbands did not open our room door (none of the three) when we first received them. We had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. This is the only issue we had.

The elverator wasn't working and as a older couple.we couldn't do 3 flights ,so they changed out our room , without any problem. Everything was nice and clean. Enjoyed our visit

I did not appreciate that the staff wasted my time on trying to pressure me into a sales presentation on joining the Wyndham "Club" even after repeated rejections. The tub enclosure drain was plugged and after waiting for maintenance to show, I called and had to schedule for later in the afternoon. The room phone was dead and the sofa was like sitting on a brick. The fridge fan was so loud I could not hear the TV. I could not get the internet to connect. Nice decor, lipstick on a pig. Next stop, a better property.

The ceiling in the kitchen was falling down. The bathroom had a nail sticking out of the ceiling. The floor in the corners of the bathroom had garbage in them The rug in the bedroom had burn marks from a cigarette

I found a venomous pygmy rattlesnake in my room at 130am on my second and final night of the stay. Had to call hotel staff to be transferred to another room. It was a down graded room that I didn’t even want to stay in. I would have drove home if not for booking an event the following day. That I then was tired for after not being able to sleep. Especially without snake nightmares. Had a horrible experience talking to the manager the next morning Donna. Was told she has snakes on her property at home and I should be fine. I’m not fine and I did not book a wedding anniversary trip to have a venomous snake be in my room and told it was okay. They only wanted to comp my one night stay when what was suppose to be a happy anniversary turned nightmare. I’m just lucky that my husband found the snake or we could have been bitten in the middle of the night going to the bathroom. Or it could have crawled on our bed and bit us. I have pictures and video of the snake. Horrible customer service. The hot tub was out. The heated outdoor pool was drained. We looked past these things till you find a venomous snake in your room. Would not recommend this place with how they handle things. The maintenance guy had more customer service skills than Donna.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Everything was clean. All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. A very family friendly and safe place to stay. I highly recomend it!

The property needs more hot tubs. the two available to us were either busy or at the end of the stay one was out of service. With a facility as large as the Meadows there is no way two hot tubs can satisfy the needs of that many people.
