O local é incrível!! O apto é bom e limpo. Não gastei dos travesseiros, o banheiro precisa de um fechamento de voz urgente, quando tomamos banho o banheiro molha todo, as cadeiras da mesa precisam ser trocadas, são graças e ao arrastar faz muito barulho.

Apartamento excelente, só falta limpar o sofá.

Muito bom o espaco do empreendimento, O quarto tem um espaço bacana e confortável. Só precisa de uma limpeza no sofá , pois esta muito sujo com marcas de pé sujo. e o colchão de casal que é colocado no chão precisa ser mais grosso e limpo. No mais um excelente apartamento. Pequenos detalhes de limpeza que faz a diferença.
