We decided to base ourselves in Brasov to tour Transylvania. The Radisson is a well designed modern hotel in a terrific spot. When we checked in the agent seemed confused as to why we had a suite with a pull out couch and a second room. Our 25-year-old daughter is traveling with us. He felt compelled to change our accommodations, but realized we booked through Expedia and that was not possible. We kept the suite and really enjoyed our extra space. Unfortunately, we never got to the roof top pool. Our beef with the Radisson is about the overpriced buffet breakfast for $150 Romanian Lei per person about $40 USD. There was plenty of selection, but only one coffee machine worked at a time. Also, with self-service we felt like we totally overpaid. We then returned to our room to find the head of Housekeeping training her staff and they did not immediately leave. Awkward! Another small confusion is that my returned laundry order was not left in a noticeable place. The Radisson is near Brasov’s historic square, while the room price is fairly reasonable. Do NOT fall for the breakfast buffet!

The rooms were spacious with the right levelnof amenities. It was set in a beautiful position opposite the park walk area. Ideal for the centre of town were you cpuld find any variety of shops to meet your needs. Wonderful roof top bar with cascading views to your hearts vontent. Darius of the roof top bar was exceptionally accommodating always with a smile. Lovely stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk everywhere, from historic sites and charming cafés to shops and restaurants. The room offered a stunning view, and the same can be said for the rooftop, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was perfect for kids — not too crowded, and a great way to cool off while enjoying the city skyline. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they were delivered in under five minutes — great service! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was amazing I would stay here everything I am in that town parking was a little far unless u paid for valet but still great hotel American style not like local way cheaper ones which made u feel like u were going back into time this was like a 5 star USA hotel in my opinion
