Unfortunately from the get go our phone didnt work, the hair dryer didnt work & the outlet in the bathroom was hit or miss. The towels were stained and the room was equivalent to a newer Motel 6. PARKING is ridiculously expensive so so add 30 euros per night for your stay. Overpriced and undelivers for a property made to be more than what it is. Had we known all the incidentals we would of just stayed at a better rated property with far more amenities for same or less.

The staff friendliness and competence, the quality of accommodation, food, location, walkability, availability of public transport exceeded all our expectation. This hotel is right at the pinnacle of global hotel hospitality. The city itself is very interesting - but the additional bonus is that it is only about 40 km from Vienna.
