Staff was helpful and polite, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Elevators seem to need upgrading. Parking structure needs a power wash. Suggestion: The property shouldn't charge parking if they can't provide receipts or manage it. It's inconvenient to use a QR code that doesn't properly register license plates, so we don't know which vehicle was paid for (we had multiple vehicles). Overall satisfied with the hotel, and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Underground parking had sewage leak on top of my car. The carpet in the bedroom was wet. Housekeeping failed to come in and.make the bed or give us clean towels. The air conditioner and body soap containers were empty. We paid for snacks and drinks that we never got. Overall, it was a huge failure. I would never go back there to stay.
