No housekeeping last day and room falling apart.

Hotel room was heavily worn and not updated. Carpet not clean/lots of stains.Paint chipping in bathroom. Tub/shower drain not draining well. Toilet paper holder broken. I have stayed at this hotel for years and was disappointed to see it’s not being kept up . Last day there , there was no housekeeping service on my room!! I had been gone all day and sleeping sign was not on my door. I feel I should be reimbursed for last night I stayed at your hotel.

Very good hotel with well located property next to shopping and dining options. Hotel amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, dining area, bar, and breakfast buffet were highlights. Although the hotel could spend additional money on the basic bathroom amenities such as quality toilet paper, it was an overall very good experience.

We have stayed here many times and it is a location that we will visit many more times in the future. This trip for us was disappointing because they have a completely new front desk staff and so we were treated as a stranger, They seem very strict and by the book. The hotel now is charging like $15 for parking a day which now has raised the rate of an already expensive stay.
