We had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing, very spacious with everything you might need. Lovely view from the balcony and a fireplace! The staff was attentive and polite, we could have our own theater in the evening for movie watching, the pools and hot tubs were divine! We also appreciated the free shuttle, the drivers were very kind. Awesome place, we hope to be back soon!

Absolutely loved Grand Timber Lodge! Everything was perfect. The suite was amazing, with a nice warm fireplace, kitchen and even a washer and dryer! Very clean, well kept and the nicest amenity was the shuttle to main street which came every 10 minutes so I never had to use the car. Highly recommend!

We live Grand Timber and stay every year during leaf peeping season! The kids love the pool and arcade and it’s so convenient and close to everything. We are able to cook breakfast and lunch in our room and then go out to dinner which saves a ton of money! The staff is awesome and the rooms are super clean. See you next year!

The aspens are beautiful this time of year and we loved the quiet time we spent at the lodge. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing and the shuttle was super helpful getting down to the city and just around town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was helpful. Our studio unit had been renovated and was upgraded, but tub was difficult to get in for older people. Also had a screaming kid next door that we heard all the time through the connecting door (not the resorts fault). We owned here for over 20 years, but it is showing its age. Boots saloon was excellent for dinner. Staff was very attentive.

Staff was friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. Easy access to walk or shuttle downtown. Very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and were clean. Only issue was we were told we would have house keeping each day and verified that was correct. We had to ask them to come one day and then another day they did not clean at all. It was late we we returned and found out. But that is not a deal killer. We have stayed here before and definitely will again.

Beautiful property off the main path of Breckinridge. The shuttle service was very easy to use and we never waited more than 10 minutes for it to pick us up. The 2 pools were great and it had a couple hot tubs. The front staff was helpful and friendly. We loved our room and the comfortable beds. My only complaint was charging for the small cup of coffee in the lobby. Most resorts I’ve stayed at offered free coffee in the lobby. A coffee shop at the resort would truly be beneficial. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The property and surroundings are very nice. We stayed in the main bldg and in my opinion it needs some updating attention - not dirty but could use some spiffing up.
