Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to River Mountain Lodge by Breckenridge Hospitality for a drink at the bar/lounge and comforts including an outdoor pool and a steam room. My kids loved the loft. I loved the skylight window that opened up in the upstairs bathroom and the glass shower door. Nice and clean and cozy. Hotub was nice. The pool was a little cold but the kids didn't mind. We used the grills to cook but the gas firepit outside wasn't working.

Nice efficiency condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean property. Only concern was the murphy bed mattress. Could have used an upgrade. Enjoyed the lobby coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. Nice touch. I would imagine during ski season that would be totally appreciated. Property right off Main St. which is the main hub for shopping and restaurants.

We experienced a Lot of noise from rooms next to us , tv at high volumen until 2 or 3 am, people screaming and chating until late ay night, childrens crying, we had to ask the receptionist to do something which happened after 2 or 3 calls

Nice stay overall
The property is in an ideal location in Breckenridge. Within walking distance of everything. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee while being right on the river- very charming and relaxing. It was also right on the bike path which was nice for morning runs. The staff was very nice. The lobby bar was closed for the season which was a bummer, but I guess they just don't get enough business in summer months? The property itself could use some updates. The sauna didn't seem to work. There was something broken off the wall in the hallway that had electrical wires hanging out. The carpet and the armchair in our room seemed old and outdated. But, the price of the rooms was good compared to other places in Breckenridge, so I guess if you want to stay in a more updated property, the price will reflect that.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location.
Our room was perfect, especially after the front desk made sure we had what we needed. Beautifully furnished with all the accessories you could need and very clean. Front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful. Easy walk to town. Will definitely book here agai, soon, we hope.

Great spot! Only bummer was the massive empty concrete courtyard and lack of simple kitchen ingredients like oil and maybe a simple spice like garlic! More flowers and trees or bushes and more tables and chairs would help the courtyard

Parking is difficult if you don’t have a small vehicle. Although you are promised one spot with your room there were none available when we arrived. Parked in public for a few hours and tried again but still no available spots. Location of this property is ideal for getting everywhere. Recent refresh has everything in top condition.

Outstanding location
Perfect location for enjoying the summer music festival, the river walk, and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The property could use some updating, but it was clean and the staff was pleasant. We would stay there again.

Great location for walking everywhere in town, very nice staff, clean room overall. It is a condo tho and the furniture was a bit old and bulky in a small space. But the Murphy bed was very comfortable, hotel quality. Sofa bed, not too bad. We were on the street and first floor, and there was a bit of noise from people above and traffic. Didn’t use pool etc. But overall, very good.
