Property was close to town and accessible. Bed was comfortable and the heated floors were nice. Unfortunately, upon check in it was difficult to park because the parking lot hadn’t been plowed/shoveled. Even my SUV was struggling to get into the driveway. I had to end up shoveling a pathway for me to park. This is absolutely something that maintenance or property owners should be responsible for, and not the guest. It was taken care of the next day, but just not the welcome I was hoping for. I ended up having to Uber/Lyft into town a couple of times because I was concerned my vehicle wouldn’t be able to get in and out of the parking lot and driveway. Everything else was fine.

Great boutique hotel. Small but charming. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Like the 2nd floor sitting area. Very charming and comfortable.

the room came with a filtered bottle of water humidifier and white noise maker which we really liked! We got in late and went past the motel twice looking for it. The sign and lighting is poor. The shower with it's step UP feather should have a grab bar for safety. The stay was enjoyable and very welcome after a long day.

Only one parking space allowed per room because they have a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. Super easy self check in and check out. Adorable boutique hotel with amazing views.

We enjoyed our stay. We never saw any staff, which worked out just fine because their process & facility are executed in a very thoughtful manner. It is beautifully furnished and appointed. However we were unaware the elevator only ran to second floor and we had stairs to our third floor room. My wife is disabled and we were able to make it work without any negative feelings. We probably would not stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge, but will recommend it to family & friends.

Boutique - yes, hotel - no, just what we were looking for! Charming, cozy rooms, surrounded by breathtaking views. This felt more like a B&B, without the breakfast. :-) Although, within walking distance to Main St. where the options are endless. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, unique stay.

My husband and I decided to stay an additional day in Breckenridge before heading back to Texas and booked a room here on a whim. It was wonderful! The room was perfect for the two of us, the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking and to prepare us for the long ride home the next day. I’m only disappointed that we didn’t have more time here! It was quiet and a really unique experience. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The place is different but quite comfy! Lots of space in the room. Close to Main Street so can walk everywhere. Street noise is loud, but it’s loud for a friend staying at another location as well. Would stay here again.

We stayed here in mid August. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival how since, quaint the building and room was. With such a reasonable price we didn't expect as much. The location is within walking distance of all the restaurants and activities. The hiking trails were literally out the back door. The room, bed, shower were all excellent. There is a small balcony with seating, table. The views are beautiful no matter what window you looked out. There are two hot tubs. With only 8 rooms at the inn these hot tubs always had a vacancy. The customer service was also five stars. We will book here again
