We had no heat the whole time we were there and I asked to be moved or maintenance to come fix it. Received no help and my wife is 7 months pregnant. Also housekeeping didn’t come once our whole stay.

Great stay!

The room was in great condition and we were very comfortable! The shower curtain seems such a small thing to complain about, but the inner liner was barely long enough to remain in the tub part and got water out of the shower regularly.

I was so disappointed that I didn't book this stay for longer! I love a place to cook, the kitchen was great & had plenty of utensils. The room was incredibly spacious, clean & well lit. The hot tub/pool area was immaculately upkept. I did have a mountain/pond/river view. The balcony was a terrific bonus & the fireplace kept the room cozy. I'll definitely be back, soon!

Kennedy at the front desk was a life saver when we couldn’t find a ride back to the airport! Overall stay was great. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that housekeeping only came to our room once out of the 4 days we spent there.

Right in the trees during the fall beautiful with heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Gorgeous rooms with full kitchen and full sliding door to patio right outside of room. It was such a great stay! So relaxing! Also grills by the pool that you can use and fire pits! We barely left the hotel it was so nice and relaxing.

We had a king bed and pull out couch room. It was immaculate. We loved having a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. The staff was quick to respond with any questions we had and any requests we needed. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. I felt very safe. Our patio area was nice and relaxing. Having the fireplace in the room was also nice because it was cold one of the nights. The bed was comfy. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hotel. Just don’t book through Expedia and you’ll get a better deal.

An amazing property with beautiful rooms and facilities. There is a large heated pool with a kids section that is awesome. There are two hot tubs that are very nice. Even with temperature outside at 50F the pool and hot tubs were comfortable. Always clean towels waiting at pool. Only negative I would say is that building "3" in the rear has a ventless roof which means that if everything is not working perfectly in the plumbing you can get some odors in the bathrooms. I would stay here again and be sure to close the bathtub drain and throw a rubber mat over the shower drain. Wonderful!
