The room was dirty with dirt and grime accumulated in the corners, stains, dirt and marks on the walls. The furniture had horrible stains on them that there is no way you would dare to sit on them. The coffee maker did not work so I made a complaint to get it fixed or switched out, and they sent a maintenance worker to look at it. They said they could not fix it and they do not have another one. The worst of it is that the worker pulled the door latch so it would prop it open for them and then left it that way. Our door was open from morning until late at night when we arrived back at the room. This is NOT OKAY!!! We had a gun, jewelry, medications, and money left in our room. Luckily, our belongings were still there when we returned. They have a lot of homeless hanging around and staying there. We did not feel safe, and was the worst room and experience we have had traveling in 45 years.

Lost us as customers
We needed to adjust the length of our stay by one day. They told us we had to contact expedia to make the adjustment. Expedia charged us four day stay and said they canceled the five days we had booked and that we would receive a refund of the five days once the Motel received the payment up to 30 days later. No refund has ever been given. Our room had food on countertop and stuck on carpet. The bed had half an inch of old dead skin cells around the rim of the mattress... (GROSS) I have called 4 times trying to get our refund and to date that has not happened. We will not use Hotels.com or Baymont hotels again.

Unforunately, the bathroom needed cleaning. The bedding was damp, possibly from the humidity but it made fir a very difficult night sleep. Bed was so squeaky it woke up my partner wverytume I moved.

I had the bad luck of staying when the hotel was short staffed, which they let customers know by leaving a note under the room door and more annoying than that, they were having the parking lot resurfaced with asphalt. How do I know that it was asphalt? There is a layer of litte flecks of it over the entire surface of my car. Everyone park on X side the first night (fewer spaces and asphalt everywhere) and then move to Y side the next night. The breakfast was the usual carbohydrate-fest complete with eggs of various styles. In fairness the woman who staffed the breakfast was both lovely and efficient. Although the room was clean, the hallways had a combined scent of wet dog with lingering odor of stale cigarettes. I won't be staying there again.

The room was clean and it was so nice having a balcony! The view was really nice!! The breakfast was basic but was good and stocked no matter if you got there before the breakfast was close to being over. I enjoyed my stay!!

Horrible bed
The facility has good appearance and was clean. Shower valve is old a worn out. You can’t get a sweet spot and it’s either cold or hot. Would have still rated a 4 until I slept in the bed. Nightmare. Squeaky and horribly uncomfortable.

---After we had registered we were told to park in front of the building but not in the area sealed off for construction (about 1/2 of the spots). There were no spots available. I went back to the front desk and was told that I should park on the highway passing in front of the hotel. I told the clerk that was unacceptable and others in the queue agreed. Parking there exposed our cars to vandalism and accidents. She said there was no alternative - I went back to my car to discuss with my leaving and getting a refund. Meantime the clerk called someone to get approval for parking in the marked off zone. So we parked after ~30 minutes of hassle. ---We then went to our room which was at the opposite end of the building (about 30 suites long) only to find that our card key did not work. We are 80 with back/hip issues and did not have the energy to walk back to the front desk once more so I phoned the clerk and was told that she was dealing with check-ins and would come when done. She mentioned that she was the only employee in the building so no help was available. We stood in the hall for 30 min until she arrived. We could not understand how Wyndham management could employ only one young woman to be onsite on a busy night - unsafe for the employee and frustrating for the guests when things don't go well. We are still waiting to hear from Management about compensation for this frustration and fatigue that caused us to miss breakfast next morning... Clive Rush, P. Eng..

Great except spider webs.
Room was just fine. Bed was great. The only downside to the ropm was I had to clean the walls of spider webs. Once that was accomplished my wife could enter and enjoy.
