We were told by the (owner)we book through Expedia / online we would have to pay $100 deposit. Hotel (clause )Notes stating $100 deposit find print. We stayed in the handicap room, That wasn’t I choice I believe you got upset, but we didn’t choose the we called and asked for upstairs room before arrival time . Not adding up.

The rooms stinks very bad. We when out and bought some air refresher. My sister found two scopions in her room. The front desk help was zero because the owner have the keys and he was not there when we asked for new pillows.

This is a very basic bottom of the barrel hotel…. Not worth $140 at all!! Not worth $75 to be honest. But they are the only game in town so they got you by the balls

I recently spent three nights at this hotel, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were hit with an overwhelming unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The outdated furniture only added to the feeling of being stuck in a time warp, and the sink in our room had an incredibly unappealing repair job involving plaster, which certainly did not inspire confidence in the hotel's maintenance. On the second night, after enduring ridiculously old and lumpy pillows, I requested replacements, only to be told that the staff couldn't provide them because the owner was away at a wedding and the key to the "pillow room" was unavailable. This excuse was both frustrating and laughable in its absurdity. The most alarming part of our stay was discovering a live scorpion in the bathroom, followed by another one in our bedding the next morning. When I raised this issue at the front desk, the staff member laughed as if this was a common occurrence—certainly not the reaction anyone would expect regarding a creature that poses a potential danger. As for breakfast, the options were incredibly limited—just dry cereal and coffee that you had to make yourself if you timed it right. When we returned to collect our belongings, the door to our room was locked, and when the key didn’t work, the front desk lady nonchalantly remarked, “Oh, I thought you guys left already.” We felt a distinct lack of hospitality.

check-in was great. The girl who checked us in was excellent was very knowledgeable very helpful and extremely pleasant. The next morning, however the girl working at the front desk made coffee about seven and they didn't make another pot of coffee at all. other than some cereal packets without milk, there was no "breakfast included" the girl behind the desk, never ever got off her phone or left the desk the entire morning

ants in the room. one of the towels was already wet. the toilet hadn't been fully cleaned. there was half a roll of TP left when I checked in. The TV and other electronics flickered and/or turned off because everything is plugged into loose power strips. the pool is full of green water covered with dead bugs, this is an indoor pool, so you can't miss it when walking to the front door. The hallways were as hot as the outdoors, the window unit AC were LOUD. They get the room cold but get ready to wake up during the night due to the noise. people loitering in the parking lot at night. stay elsewhere if you can.

Good place to stay
The hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. If you need a place to stay with clean sheets and friendly staff I would recommend this place. We've stayed several times when going to an A&M football game.
