Great place to stay in Cape Town

I tried to work with this hotel after our flight was delayed to South Africa. We were unable to get to the country until after our booking. It was out of our control and our travel was interrupted mid journey. I started talking to the hotel the day before we arrived to try change our booking. But no one was available at the hotel that was authorized (it was a Sat night and then a Sunday). My recommendation to any travelers booking with this hotel - get travel insurance!! The hotel is not interested in working with you as a traveler. They will stick to their cancellation policy whether you are physically in the country or not!
