Location is easy to find and close to many shopping centers so there are coffee, food, gas and grocery store options nearby. Coffee and tea and hot water available for free 24/7. Non pork meat option at breakfast was greatly appreciated but extremely dry and hard. Staff is great. Dove products are provided in the room. Basics that I didn’t have at more expensive rooms (ex. Microwave, fridge, a place to purchase snacks late at night) in Monterey I had here, so I was very happy! Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was rude.. we had traveled a great distance and arrived prior to check in.. I explained and suggested paying an early check in fee .. she rudely said NO rooms available wait till 3:00 pm. No suggestion of another option… very rude !
