The staff is awesome, the place is quite close to downtown nightlife and the mall on jean jaures street, there is a McDonald, a Burger King, and many shops. Good location.

Disappointed in Brest.
The area was very disappointing, the apartment was very tired. No satellite TV was disappointing and the cooking facilities were poor. 3rd floor and no lift. Parking was excellent, I'm afraid we would not recommend it, we hope our next apart'city stay will be better in La Rochelle. The Wifi went down each evening after the reception was closed!
