The only complaint we had was that there were no quiet hours in the hotel. When a busload of high schoolers arrived at about 9 p.m., loud and excited, the hotel said there was nothing they could do. They did settle down eventually, but not due to hotel rules or requests.

None of the amenities listed on website were actually opened due to it be off season. No perks. Stairs in the middle of hallway so you can’t get from elevator to your room with cart. Hot tub filled with flies and bees. In the middle of nowhere so breakfast was miles away.

Beautiful location, best place to see fall colors on Aspen trees. 10 min drive to Cedar Breaks National Monument. Hour n half from Bryce Canyon. With the exception of A/C nor working everything else was good at this hotel. Their restaurant serves breakfast and dinner.

Beds were very hard no pack and play until our 2nd night when it was confirmed 2 days before arrival and took staff almost a full 24 hours to locate and out in our room and keys stopped working each of our 3 nights when reissuing I was asked oh are you extending your stay No I wasn’t we stayed 3 nights

The staff was very pleasant. The lodge was everything that we expected. We really enjoyed dinner in the room with the fireplace. The view from the property was very nice. The aspen trees were changing colors, which added so much to the experience. The room was great, perfectly decorated and clean. The beds were comfortably firm. My biggest regret is that we only stayed one night since we were on our way to a different destination still 1500 miles away.
