Night staff person was super congenital & helpful. I loved your selection of reasonably priced snacks! I was in a non-smoking room, yet it definitely smelled of smoke, as did all of the hallways, thus why I can't give a complete 5-star rating this trip. Having said that, I would be willing to stay here again.

Birthday weekend trip!

The hotel was ok, needs some updates. It was ok for a quick nights sleep. Breakfast was good, need juice. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Front desk staff was friendly.

Rooms and hallways were not clean, there are several people living on the property. I was in a room very far away from my family and not allowed to change rooms. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and was gone for about 30 minutes and someone came in the room and emptied trash and changed towels without my permission. I was very uncomfortable staying at this hotel.

We had a fine stay. Staff was nice, but not very generous in providing what we needed. We had 5 people staying in the room and only received 3 towels. When requested extra towels, housekeeping asked a lot of questions and only gave us one extra towel. Overall, we were fine. The facilities were old and not very clean but it served its purpose.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, reasonable rates, close to other useful amenities, breakfast every morning. Laundry capacity is limited. Room has fridge and microwave but no coffee pot, but coffee is available in the lobby.

Not the highest equity but it was generally really nice :) "Ron" at the front desk was super cool and sweet, the staff were very accommodating and the whole facility was pretty clean and put together. The pool is heated btw it's really nice! The Continental breakfast was delicious with a big variety of options (I'm an incredibly picky eater and I got my stomach full!) the front desk provided towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. Upon request and always answers calls from the room quickly! It's a great hotel for the low price! 5 stars will be staying again!!
