Overall disappointed.

The clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. It took about 5 minutes before she appeared from the back room. She was friendly but when I complained about outlets not working in the room she did not appear to be too concerned. Simply told me she would refer it to maintenance. I mentioned that the price was higher than I expected she pretty much said it is what it is. We stop ever on our way back North. We will probably try another hotel in Clarksburg.

Nice hotel, but not clean rooms

Nice size rooms, beds nicely made, but the room was filthy. I checked in at 9 PM with a toddler and was only staying one night. I just cleaned the room myself but this is what I found.

Room was comfortable and clean. Spotless really. Front desk was helpful, fitness room clean and decent amount of equipment. The breakfast was nicely presented. Scrambled eggs were so so. So I went with making granola from the oatmeal toppings to go with the yogurt.

Family visit

Amazing hotel. We spent 5 days there while visiting family in area. Breakfast good and lots of options. Pool and weight room nice. Bonus was they had free laundry room which came in handy. They even worked with me when I realized I didn’t have correct date to check out and was able to let us stay 1 more night (last room) and offered a discount even though not as good a price through hotels.com but better than finding another hotel.
