We arrived late and by the time we got to the hotel, you (hotel.com) had a little problem with the hotel receiving your money that I already paid for the room. VERY INCONVENIENT for me and my family members. We don’t get into our room until 11:45pm and I arrived at 11:07pm. Was extremely tired after a 3 hour trip.

Everything was fine. I just don’t like the glass sliding bathroom door. It makes it very bright in the room at night, the door is loud opening and closing and the bathroom sounds are not muffled by that door style.

Very nice, spacious room with a side room containing a large sofa, an area for coffee making and a large desk for business work. Bathroom very large, nice shower and sink area. Thermostat on the wall for air or heat adjustments although it seemed to be programmed at certain daytime and nighttime settings. Maybe it could have been adjusted manually? We never found out. Nice eating area and good breakfast. All at a very reasonable price! Great stay!
