Tired hotel

First impressions of the hotel are poor with large areas of the hotel suffering from concrete rebar rusting and crumbling balconies. Room was ok but suffering from a water leak in the bathroom(fixed quite quickly). There is a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. We could not get a sunbeds or umbrella on either day of our stay.

We only stayed one night en route elsewhere so it was fine in terms of a place to stay on the beach. The room was okay but basic. The building is rather tired but the beach is perfect to relax and swim. It’s a $35 taxi ride from the airport. One restaurant and bar again average. Horses from the nearby racecourse swim each morning in front of the hotel which was nice.

Perfect location

Very nice location on the beach and close to town. The restaurant on site was very good and there were nice local restaurants within walking distance. The room was large but does need a refurbishment. The view from the balcony was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was ok but the sfaff were great. Very friendly however expedia continues to advertise rates as all taxes included but at check out you get to pay more tax so what ever expedia pricing is add on between. 10-20$ extra per night

Great location. The hotel is somewhat older and could definitely use a refresh. The service and food were excellent. The beach is lovely. The nearby stable brings their horses to the water early in the morning to give them a swim. It was magical and memorable.

At different times, our 3 night stay was made memorable by some staff members such as Shaquille, Carla, Sophia and Margaret in Dining and Akeela ar the concierge desk. Otherwise from entering the property and checking in there were no feeling of welcome or friendliness.

The front desk manager was very kind and helpful and made sure our issues were resolved promptly. The attendant at Neptunes Grill was rude and unpleasant.The food and drinks were sub par and the kids menu is very limited. Hotel needs major upgrades. Nothing in comparison to Radisson in Grenada. I will not recommend.
