I loved everything about my stay on 12/20/2024. I came to town for my granddaughters dance recital. Parking was easy and plentiful. The entry was cean and welcoming. The front end manager was personable and professional. Close to the casino.

Could not enter building from parking area. Had to park behind property and walk uphill with baggage in the snow. Also the people that stayed above us sounded like a herd of elephants for over an hour while we tried to sleep.

Room was clean and close to the casino. Price was 130 less than the casino as the main reason for staying. Staff was kind during check-in. As negatives, we were placed in room 116 that had equipment (in wall heating/cooling) that has a bad fan that makes a loud noise when it winds down when room reaches temp. I adjusted the sys so the fan ran continously to compensate. The ada shower did not have hot water. I would consider it lukewarm and well below 120 degrees Fahrenheit for both of us. I prefer water cooler than my wife who likes to be scalded, but even for me it was too cool. It was late when we arrived, and only for one night so I didnt ask to change rooms or have them affect repairs. If i were going to stay again, I would request a room on a higher floor to reduce noise (foot traffic all night overhead and we were directly next to the elevators) and ensure water temp and mechanical system operation.

Front desk attendant was very rude. After that interaction, the elevator broke down with half of our travel guests and left them stuck in it for almost an hour. Fire department came , with an officer who had mentioned it had recently happened numerous times. Said we couldn’t receive a discount or refund because we booked through Expedia.
