Communal microwave might not satisfy Vic Health Standards. Free washing machine was good. Host Gary very friendly and helpful. Might be useful if hosts had mobile phone so can text if not available as landline has limited use if guests need help. I will come again as reasonably priced and close to CBD for walking, particularly if travel by the bus.

Location is excellent. Short walk to shops, eateries etc. Accommodation clean however outdated. Heavy curtains need replacement. Respraying of furniture will give the room a fresher, brighter more inviting atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the location of this property which was in the heart of town. Easy walk to all restaurant's and centre of town. The property itself is dated but it has all the basics for a quiet and pleasant stay. We would definitely consider it again.
