We did not stay as reschedulimg for snother day was not possile. This was not with yourselves but through hotels.com. However I feel by using them to book your rooms, you should be aware of how they are annoying potential customers who will probably not book with you again.

The stay was good and comfortable overall. Location is great, quite close to the central attractions and the beach. Bathrooms needed to be more clean. Breakfast was good as well.

Average stay

Clean comfortable room but very noisy because of central heater or huge fan underneath. Asked to change the room but was told hotel fully booked. Reception ladies in the morning were much more friendly and helpful than the guys in the evening

Well situated and clean. reasonably priced for Brighton. Room was hot. Couldn’t leave window open due to noise from extractor fan. Fortunately there was a fan. More of a student accommodation atmosphere than hotel. Staff young and somewhat disengaged especially at breakfast. Fried eggs/ extra fruit were available on request but that wasn’t made clear. Poor communication and customer care skills possibly due to lack of training . Room was clean but wasn’t cleaned after my first night ( I stayed 2 nights ) maybe you needed to ask if you wanted it cleaned. Again, poor communication. Maybe the hotel is targeted at students or young people. As a 77 year old woman I would think twice about staying there again.

Brighton centre stay

Adequate for our needs and reasonable pricing which included breakfast. Tea / coffee/ fridge / safe in room plus other amenities were a bonus. The mini stairlifts were a thoughtful touch for disabled guests Close to the seafront. A pleasant overnight stay

Lovely hotel

Hotel rooms were spacious and lovely. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning is at request which I appreciated - saves me remembering to put up a do not disturb sign. Only negative for me was the room got a lot of light in the early hours, so I woke at 5am repeatedly, could maybe do with blackout blinds? It didn't spoil my stay though.
