Fantastic location. Lovely comfortable room. The pool and health club facilities make this hotel a better offer than others in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

Reception staff excellent

Reception staff excellent, Bar staff need a lesson in customer service, stood at the bar for 10mins not even acknowledged, made to feel like a spare part, left and went somewhere else for a drink. Also coulnd get a coffee at 10:30 in the morning unless wanted to pay for breakfast!!!

Great stay

Really lovely hotel, only stayed one night but the room was very clean and up to date. Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Very well placed for the car park and an easy walk to The Laines etc. Staff welcoming and helpful, especially with the car park.

Nice hotel great location

Nice hotel in a great position on the waterfront. Quiet at night. Gym and pool is open to locals so is really overcrowded at the weekend. I also need to mention a staff member call Jasmin who was maybe a cleaner, long pink hair. She is an absolute superstar and was so friendly and helpful every time we saw her. Hope management appreciate her efforts

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, the rooms and facilities were disorganized, and the staff showed little to no sense of responsibility. The quality of service and amenities was far below expectations. Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet even basic standards, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Staff were excellent and the food was lovely, room was lovely and a good size. Bathroom could do with a hand towel rail and perhaps a lamp for the tv area near table and chairs. Pool was not particularly clean and would benefit from set times for families as far too many children in school holidays. Overall a lovely stay

I ended up booking this property on short notice late night when the lifts stopped working at my original property next door (disabled guest) and the agents at Leonardo were kind, helpful, sympathetic and even gave me an amazing room upgrade after all the distress of dealing with the previous property for hours. They went above and beyond to assist me and ensure my family and I were comfortable for the 2 days we were there and I am beyond grateful for the way they treated me and my situation. Beyond that amazing initial introduction to the hotel, the rooms were gorgeous and clean, the property was impeccable and their signature scent radiated throughout the property, their lifts worked and the location could not be any better. 10/10 Leonardo has won me over because of their people-centred approach.

Myself and my 2 daughters had a 3 night stay at The Royal Leonardo Hotel for my 60th birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate with very comfortable king sized beds. The hotel sits on the seafront and is perfect for accessing the many bars and restaurants nearby and has direct access to The Lanes. We will definitely return for another stay very soon. Just wonderful.
