This is the fifth hotel I've stayed at in Brighton in this price range, and it's the first one where the wifi signal is strong *and* I don't hate the shower! Therefore it is my new favorite hotel in Brighton. On top of that, it's just super charming. My room was cozy, I didn't have a view but I don't care. The bed was comfortable and there was no excessive noise. I did notice there didn't seem to be any kind of fan or air conditioning, so I might hesitate to stay here in warmer months. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and the building is gorgeous. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The room was clean but the bath was badly chipped and the toilet flush was not very efficient. There is a whole road with a variety of restaurants within 6 minutes walk. The breakfast was not included in the room price nor was the parking (£25 per night). The breakfast was £14.50 pppn and was a good quality with limited choice.

Great family room, spacious and comfortable. Also had our dog with us so large room and living area was incredibly valuable. Staff very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. Literally across road from the beach and great location to walk along the beach to the pier, shops and The Lanes

It was our first trip to Brighton, and we had a lovely room with beautiful views of the sea. It was convenient to everything so we were able to walk all around Brighton. The room had everything we needed and staff was friendly and always willing to help. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spotless and although it was a little dated it was very comfortable . The bathroom was refurbished, looked great and was also spotless. We had lots of clean fresh towels. Will definitely visit again.
