Stylish and modern hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with vibrant artwork. Staff are friendly and attentive and the hotel is a few minutes walk from Brighton beach.

This is a newish hotel and it’s in a fantastic location near the sea front and near to the Brighton Centre. For sure I will stay again. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is spotless.

Very well placed hotel to shops and BC Staff polite and helpfull and reason didn't give 5 stars no hot water in evening or 7am following morning , no towel rail in bathroom so had to hang wet towels on cloaf rack in room also TV woukdnt work had generall manager out twice in evening to fix whilst getting ready to go out and then when we came back then afain in morning whilst getting ready for breakfast.

The hotel was a beath of fresh air after staying in other hotels of a similar price range. The breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and excellent quality. Most of all, the cost was so competitive compared to other hotels who do not give as much service and quality. The staff seemed to really like being there and made the whole experience excellent, it is somewhere special at affordable prices.

Wonderful stay at a very clean, fresh hotel. The staff were excellent and location is fantastic. The only complaint we have is that the pillows were uncomfortable, which was a real shame.
