The room, bathroom, and bedding were all very clean and well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. The only downside was that the seagulls were quite noisy during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep. However, this was not the accommodation’s fault. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Room was really clean with comfortable beds, quite small room but that doesn’t bother me. The ladies were really welcoming and guided us to places to see and eat at. Great value for money. Very near the sea. About 20 mins walk from train station.

Very friendly staff, my room had been upgraded which was appreciated. I had to check in late and staff waited although there was a £20 charge. Great location if you are attending the Brighton Centre. Lovely room.

Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton.
