Good value for money, great location
Nicely decorated and very comfortable & spacious, ideally located on seafront. Some parts of the hotel are a little run down (peeling wallpaper, marked paintwork) but it is good value for money. As it has recently changed hands there is room for improvement.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect for us. It was very clean. The receptionists were all very sweet and polite. The location was excellent. We would definitely return if we go to Brighton again. And have recommended to friends and family. We would have liked an English breakfast rather than a continental breakfast.

The building could do with some double glazing as we heard everything and anything outside! I also recommend when taking your dog that you request to not be right by the lift as we heard every one coming and going witch then set the dog off! But overall lovely room and lovely staff!

This is not the hotel that was advertised on this site as everything was the exact opposite as what was said and rated .Room was overheated all the time ,front desk didn’t logged my complaints Shower slippery i asked for shower mat no shower mat ever arrived i was put on the noisy side of the hotel so didnt sleep i was there for 4 nights i had to request the room to be cleaned and still they didnt show up customer service was either rude or nonexistent i want a full refund horrible horrible hotel 😑!!

This accomodation was lovely, very central to what you need and want. Very comfortable room, with a lovely selection of tea's. Bed was comfortable. Good amount of plugs in room. Commom area nicely decorated and relaxed. Breakfast very basic for price, you could probably find something better in the high street. Chocolate bar £2 - that is extortionate! Down side about common/breakfast its over taken by people working from the tables, one girl had 2 lap tops and took over a table for 6 people. Unfortunatley my shower did not work, only temperature was very hot or boiling, windows did not close properly and under the bed was filthy - raised with the very lovely lady on reception who was very chatty and welcoming aling with the lad who made the breakfast. Despite the 3 issues, I will stay here again, the reception is so lovely decorated and very quirky.

Très bonne localisation mais c'est tout.
L'hotel West Beach est un hotel de front de mer dan lequel nous avions reservé 2 nuits durant un roadtrip en angleterre. La chambre était relativement spacieuse, le petit déjeuner sympathique, la décoration soignée, le personnel discret mais aimable et la localisation est très agréable. Néanmoins je trouve que le prix ne vaut pas la prestation. C'était un des hôtels les plus chers que nous ayons pu avoir durant notre séjour (uniquement dans des endroits touristiques) et pourtant certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur : la literie assez basique, l'insonorisation était très moyenne et l'absence de tapis/moquette nous a permis de profiter des aller/retours de nos voisins, et du bruit dans la ruelle. Impossible de couper le chauffage étouffant. Pas de bouteille d'eau, boisson chaude, cafetiere dans la chambre. Un agencement assez exigu qui a rendu l'accès avec notre poussette très compliqué (plein de marches). Nous avons adoré Brighton mais pas sûr de retourner dans cet hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times when it was the Selina Hotel and loved it. Maybe it's because they are changing hands, but it was not the same. Our radiator was hanging off the wall, and curtains were off the rail. Room looking rather shabby now. Çannot fault the staff though. Always polite and helpful.
