Nice room but wouldn’t stay again
The hotel itself was okay, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was nice to look at, bed comfortable… BUT the walls were like paper, the ceiling sounded like it was going to come down and I’ve never known a hotel to be called a “spa” but just have a hot tub and steam room. I understand the building is old but I did not expect to be listening to every conversation around in the building. It reminded me of a uni dorm how loud it was at night. Breakfast was decent, without the staff it would’ve been a much worse review.

Room radiator is controlled by hotel staff via central heating, we had no control on temperature. Heating is not available all the time. Road side parking availability depends on your luck, not advised to travel by private car.

Beautiful and friendly hotel in an excellent location. We had a wonderful time and very well looked after, loved everything about our stay, super clean, tastefully decorated, amazingly friendly staff, all facilities supplied. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. Could not fault a thing, will definitely be back if we visit Brighton again. Thank you x

Wonderful hotel just up from the seafront & pier and a very good deal too. Bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and quite modern. Hot tub, nail room and spa are on the premises and seem very nice though were closed when we visited (Boxing Day so no surprise there). Only negatives to mention was very limited parking close by, and the price of hot tub (I would imagine the steam room being the same price) at £35/hour. Massages seem to be relatively well priced though, and with the pricing of the hotel room when we stayed, I wouldn’t expect to have it all I suppose!

This hotel is lovely. It's in a fantastic, central location, close to the beach and the staff are all lovely. It's spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were A . I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for such a lovely trip!

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff at breakfast were friendly and went above and beyond to provide a 5 star dining experience. Location of the property is brilliant as well, close to the beach but also can walk to the town centre easily.

The lovely Charm Hotel
Hotel and service was very good, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and a good size. Very good location for the Lanes, just a short walk. Only small criticism would be that it was a little noisy with the sound of water, must be where the water pipes were near our room. This would not put us off going again just maybe not in the basement, a higher room I am sure would have been quieter. Overall I would recommend this lovely hotel
