Our second visit to the Charm Hotel and the lady who checked us in remembered us! The welcome from all the staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel serves a very good buffet breakfast and is ideally situated in Kemp Town, minutes from the sea and within a short walk of all Brighton has to offer. Very good value for money. We will definitely book there again.

Walking distance to the beach and pier. It's an old building but has been refurbished to a good standard. Wonky stair case adds to the charm. We stayed at the family attic rooms. It has no lift. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed a great stay. Clean and pleasant room, slept well in a comfortable bed. Bathroom was compact but had all you needed, good shower. Well stocked amenity tray with plentiful supplies. Appreciated the air conditioning in the room which is a bonus. Fabulous breakfast served in a great dining area, even some outside (covered) tables.

The only place to stay in Brighton!
A great stay, as ever. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious bedroom, very comfortable and clean. Mini fridge very useful!
