Our TV would not work. The TV service was not working. We tried watching several things and the TV stopped working about 15 minutes after the start of each show. Our fridge was not turned on for our arrival but we didn’t know this. Our food was spoiled. We were not given early check in as requested. We were given one small bottle of water between the 2 of us. We did not have enough towels. It did not feel like a nice hotel for us.

Beautiful place. Large bed room, large bathroom and lovely bed. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again.
