Na, look, just don’t. Check-in is a nightmare. An hour on the phone to get in is not ok, especially after 7 hours of travelling. It wasn’t even late - 6 pm. There were three others at the door also trying to get in, so it wasn’t just me. Restaurant looked nice but they were only doing room service. My room was not fit for eating in so I went and got something from the Servo. Bed was nice, shower was crap. Advice for owner / manager: I happily paid more to stay somewhere else the next night where I was welcomed in by a friendly face, check-in was actually simple - within 3 minutes I was in my room, then went and sat in the restaurant for my lovely meal, the way it usually is, and should be, when I buy a room. (Well done, View Brisbane)

Location is good ,decent basic room , bed was comfortable . I was road side apartment so noisy Paid for late check out but went outside could code back in tried contacting but was slow and poor communication, lucky someone let me in and a staff cleaner accepted my reason and let me in room to get bags etc .. another checking in had same issue locked out .. get that better .. overall was ok

The room was totally low standards. Fridge in wardrobe,no exhaust fan in bathroom, only one chair for two adults, kettlewarming in bathroom, no tap water to drink and bathroom soap dispenser wasnt working. Would never look for this place again in future.

This is just an air BnB. There is no reception, so any issues require a phone call. No lift. Let’s say you want to leave your bags and go have lunch. Can’t do this. It is better overall value to stay at the Novatel near the airport when you factor in Ubers and taxis.

There were a few maintenance issues such as leaking shower ceiling and sticky hard to close door, otherwise was a great place to stay, comfy beds, microwave provided on request, close to airport, friendly helpful staff, reasonable price.

Great central place close to the airport easy to get around. Property could do with some maintenance as water was leaking through ceiling whilst having a shower, and could do with some new beds as they are very uncomfortable and one of the legs on bed was broken Overall not to bad a place to stay very prompt when checking in with sending your codes thru.

This Hotel is the worst one I ever stay at False Ad,there no Free Breakfast.There no one to help you out.Never clean my room till I left.I stay on July 22 till the 24. I will never come back here and they are trying to double dip the payment was already pay so now I have to fight to get that money back.

No teaspoons' late to check us in. Multiple calls for the entrance codes. No face to face service everything has to be done telephonically. Just an sterile empty building. You might put a bench at the smoking area. Sink not in the bathroom. Shower minute with a horrible black shower curtian. Wont be staying here again. Minimum satches of coffee and tea compared to other hotels.

I found the hotel was really good while I had a 2 day stopover in Brisbane. Everything was as expected, and was nice to have a proper bed to sleep in after spending a week lying on the floor at night. The only problem I noticed was the shower, I am 5'11 and I had to bend down or kneel in the shower to wash my hair due to the height of the shower head. My back was very sore, and doing this did not help.
