The complex is in need of an upgrade. Very dated. Appliances not working - TV and lamps Blankets very worn. Internet facilities very bad. But there is a new owner so hopefully things will change. Reception staff very helpful as were some of the cleaning staff

It was very nice to have such prompt service desk help at night when I had cramps in my legs. However, the bed' linen didnt smell fresh on the first night stay, the pillows had a body odour smell. My left over dinner was taken away from the fridge which I was planning on having the next day...Not enough milk left for coffee iether. These are basics that you can improve service on for future bookings.
