Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Cons: Overall, the room was in desperate need of updating. However, more concerning was that there was no chain or deadbolt on the door and there is no safe in the room so did not feel very secure. Also, was a little worried about critters sneaking in under the gap under the door :( The window in the bathroom was tiny but did not lock and the inside of the bathroom door needs a really good wipe-down.

Was as says above quiet and had a good parking and EV charging Inguess omly negative as really had to park as cars stivking out and hit a pillar so yeh!! Other than that was great really.. Thks

Efficient reception, once you find it. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Don't expect anything at all to eat in your room and the restaurant and bar closes at 9 pm. Food in the restaurant was good and staff friendly. Basic but good value for money.

The accommodation was booked for my elderly mother with mobility issues. Accommodation was suitable to her needs. Lift up to her floor with car parking underneath. All staff we interacted from check-in to check-out were absolutely amazing & wonderful to liaise with. We will definitely book here again if we come to Brisbane in the future.

When I booked in my wife and i weren't seated together. We have traveled all around the world. I approached the service center at domestic this around 9.15 there girls on they had not times for me at all were laughing when I left. Got to the gate and approached the lady there and fixed problem within 3 minutes She was marvelous. The girls at the service center were disrespectful did not do Virgin Airlines any favor Am approaching 80 and don't need that

Property is dated and definitely needs an upgrade. No washcloths were provided and in our second day the bathroom was not wiped down sink was left dirty. Restaurant staff is very helpful and accommodating.
