Fridge had been punched and kicked. Freezer had iced over. Light over kitchen bench not working Wall Light over sofa not working Sofa extremely uncomfortable and worn. Needs replacing. Patio light not working Patio chair broken Silicone in shower coming away from the wall. Walls damaged and dirty Cleanliness of surfaces and carpet poor. Only 1 pillow each Bedroom window could not open for fresh air. Lifts filthy(chewing gum on floors) Hallway carpets filthy Hallway walls dirty and damaged

From the moment we entered the apartment, we were met with an overwhelming and unpleasant odour that did not improve even after opening windows and doors. The overall condition of the room was very poor. The furniture was worn, tired-looking, and made of melamine with large sections of laminate peeling off. A vent, which had been loosely covering a hole in the wall, fell off as soon as we closed the door—despite no one being near it. The walls were dirty, adding to the general sense of neglect. Although reception offered us an alternative room, we declined for several reasons. Prior to our arrival, I had made multiple attempts to contact the property with a simple inquiry. When I left a message no one returned my call. When we were checking-in, the receptionist was eating at the front desk which gave the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Given the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism we experienced, we felt it was best not to stay. If this is the standard presented to guests, it raises serious concerns about the overall management and care taken with the accommodation.

Excellent communication from the staff , would let me to check in for free earlier and allocated an easy access to the car park ! Got my bond refunded the next day ! The check-in process was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the Air Condiditoners did not work, had dirty filters, the furnishings were stained and or broken and the carpet was sticky. This was disappointing to say the least

Checkin after hours was a bit messy, but we got there. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom were ok - a bit basic compared to the photos. Bed wasn’t great and the bedroom was very basic. It was fine for Magic Round.

The after hours check in was a nightmare. As I am an old bloke and not too good with mobile phones it was beyond my reach. They eventually sent a young bloke down to open the office. Apart from that the room was good and the place was close to cafes and its store.

This didn't start well, with the door handle coming off when i checked into my room, things only got worse from there. From there being stains and rust all over the couch, foor, bathroom tiles and even rust on the kitchen knifes. To the main hazard of the electric plug of the dryer melting and smelling of smoke when i used it. I reported it to staff and send a email to there admin. Only to get told it just something that happens every now and then. And to just not use the washer and dryer i specifically chosen the room for. Would not be a place i would ever stay at again.

The lounge was extremely uncomfortable, dirty & stained, the carpet was badly worn through to the underlay and the air conditioner in bedroom had 2 bad leaks when turned on.

Unfortunately, this property underdelivered in both cleanliness and service. The checkin team were undertrained. General information was not offered and I had to ask many questions just to get an understanding of the property, how to enter after hours, parking etc. My room was very dirty. An old Dare Chocolate Milk bottle under the bed, stained coffee table that is ready to break, a bed and mattress not up to the standard of a three star stay, the shower rose had a filthy buildup of black calcium deposit and under the bed looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. I am a frequent traveller for business but I would never stay here again nor would I recommend.

International charge came on my credit card after paying for the room. Room was smelly. 1 fork. No bath towel hooks or rails for wet towels. Parking not included in the apartment block when there is a bay provided for each apartment.
